NOTICE OF CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF DECLARATION OF LAND PATENT

#123456789; DATED 11 AUGUST, A.D. 1852

KNOW ALL YE MEN AND WOMEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

1. All written law must identify the territory over which it applies. This is known as Territorial Jurisdiction,
which is necessary and must be proven when demanded.
2. This is a demand for proof of the alleged territorial jurisdiction of Thieve-U Bank on my private land
located without State of Florida and United States.
3. I, the living man, Joe Blow, born a free inhabitant on the land of Florida (Attachment “A”, Declaration
of Identity), do hereby certify and declare that I am an “Assignee” in the LAND PATENT (Attachment
“B”), hereinafter “Patent”, named and numbered above; that I have brought forward said Patent in my name
as it pertains to the land described therein
4. The Warranty Dead (Attachment “C”) in my possession legally describes the land as: [legal decription].
5. I, the living man, Joe Blow, having my dwelling on the land of the Free and Independent State, Florida,
of the Confederacy, The United States of America, attach herein said Patent, chain of title (Attachment “D”),
and Warranty Deed, as proof of the matters contained in this Notice.
6. No claim is made herein that I have been assigned the entire tract of land as described in the Patent. My
assignment is inclusive of only the attached lawful description as found said Patent. The filing of this Notice
shall not deny or infringe upon any right, privilege, or immunity of any other Heir or Assigns to any other
portion of land covered in the above described Patent.
7. Therefore, said Land remains unencumbered, free and clear, without any liens or lawful attachments in
any way, and is hereby declared to be my private land.
I do hereby solemnly declare, and affirm that, in accordance with my best knowledge and conviction, the
contents hereof are true, correct, complete, not misleading [Qui omne dicit, nihil excludit. He who says all
excludes nothing. 4 Inst. 811] and is hereby executed this thirtieth day of the ninth month in the year of our
Lord two thousand sixteen [September 30, A.D. 2016] on the soil of Florida, The United States of America.
