About this Course


Course Description
Participants will be able to gain and apply their knowledge and understanding of personal and
professional awareness, organization and commitment and use the tools, methods and techniques
that they have learned in goal setting, prioritization, scheduling, and delegation to overcome time
management challenges and enhance productivity.

Course Learning Objectives


 Learn to plan effectively to achieve your personal and professional goals
 Learn to recognize and overcome barriers to successful time management
 Identify specific time management tools and use them effectively
 Manage resources both effectively and efficiently
 Keep your sense of perspective to prevent and manage crises
 Learn to delegate effectively
 Learn to manage expectations and say “No” when appropriate

Course Format
There are four modules in this course. Each module has a corresponding quiz. You are allowed one
try for each quiz every eight hours and you need to achieve an 80% on all quizzes in order to pass
the class. You may take the quizzes as many times as you like.

The instructor has provided links to external websites, templates, and other videos that will
complement your learning.
Recommended Background
This course will appeal to a wide range of audiences. There are no course prerequisites; no previous
business experience is necessary.
