Creativity and Innovation Boot Camp

Program Outline

Length: 2 Days

Creativity and Innovation Training

Creativity and innovation can be thought of as the one/two punch that elevates a company
to greater success. Creativity is the process of coming up with new ideas. Innovation is the
processes of putting new ideas into action.

Creativity is important because it helps a company improve team performance, create

exceptional products and manage tasks. In this era of new technologies, creativity provides a
means for companies to identify new ways to make technology useful.
Innovation is important because it is the means for differentiating products and services
from those of competitors. For customers and clients to choose your business, your offer
needs to be distinctive and valuable, and the only way to achieve this is through innovation.
Creative ideas can come from just about anywhere, including:

 Partners
 Employees
 Target groups
 Customers
 Marketing specialists

Creativity and innovation within well-run businesses is a sure path to success. Stimulating
creativity and creative problem-solving can lead to significant benefits, such as:

 Improvements in the process of solving problems

 Propelling innovation forward
 Increasing the productivity of the business
 Obtaining that competitive edge that every business is striving to achieve

People who think of themselves as non-creative types, are often surprised to learn that
there really is a process to creative thinking.

In general, the greater your knowledge base and level of curiosity, the more ideas, patterns
and combinations you can achieve, which then correlates to creating new and innovative
products and services. But merely having the knowledge does not guarantee the formation
of new patterns. The bits and pieces must be shaken up and iterated in new ways. Then the
embryonic ideas must be evaluated and developed into usable ideas.
Creativity and Innovation Bootcamp

Creativity and Innovation Bootcamp covers creative thinking and problem solving methods
that generate new ideas and solve problems.

Creativity and Innovation Bootcamp will provide you with a range of tools and methods to
