CLUSTER IN-SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS

MONITORING REPORT

The conduct of San Gabriel Cluster INSET was monitored by the EPS II-In Charge of the Custer,
Dr. Rominel Sobremonte on the first and third day of the training. He had been with the cluster the whole
day to oversee the flow of the training activities.

Attendance of all participants were closely monitored everyday,, morning and afternoon and with
the presence of all the school heads, the participants were all intact and had been actively engaged in all
the activities.

Outputs were checked religiously and it was announced to teachers that they would not be
receiving the certificates of attendance and participation without completing the outputs that were required
of them.

The training was suspended on the last day due to suspected COVID case of a teacher so
teachers were required to work from home instead.
