JOINT-AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ARNEL C. BATAC, of legal age, filipino citizen, married and resident of Purok 3,
Bulanao Norte, Tabuk, Kalinga; and JONEL CHANGRAPON, of legal age, Filipino citizens,
and currently residing at Nambaran, Tabuk, Kalinga after having been duly sworn in accordance
with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That we personally know LUCIA P. WICKETT being an acquaintance for a long time;

2. That she was married to ANTHONY WILLIAM WICKETT, a U.S citizen at

Poblacion, Tinglayan, Kalinga on October 1, 2019;

3. That we saw them together lived as husband and wife after their marriage at Nambaran,
Tabuk, Kalinga;

4. That Lucia P. Wickett always accompany his husband in the latter’s outing, dealings or
business;

5. That we are not related by affinity or consanguinity to the said person; and,

6. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness and veracity of the foregoing
statements and for all legal intents it may serve best.
