SUPPLY AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This Supply Agreement is entered into between:

OUR TRIBE FOOD PRODUCT, a business entity located at San Juan , Tabuk
City, Kalinga, represented by GRACE B. AGTINA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and
with postal address at San Juan, Tabuk City, Kalinga,

herein known as the “SUPPLIER”;

-and-

COFFEE PINOY SWEET, represented by RUBY DE LEON, of legal age,

Filipino citizen, and with postal address at Robinsons Makati, Metro Manila,

herein known as the “PURCHASER”

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, OUR TRIBE FOOD PRODUCT currently supplies and distribute

Kalinga Blend Premium Ground Coffee;

WHEREAS, OUR TRIBE FOOD PRODUCT is contracted to sell and deliver to

COFEE PINOY SWEET, in an ongoing basis and as its exclusive supplier, and the
Purchaser is prepared to buy on this basis from the Supplier all of the Purchaser’s
product requirement.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual agreement hereto

contained and for other goods and valuable considerations dully received, the
parties hereto agrees:

1. That the SUPPLIER will supply Kalinga Blend Premium Ground Coffee to the
PURCHASER;

2. That the PURCHASER will pay to the SUPPLIER for the goods as the full and
complete purchased price the sum agreed upon between the parties based on
the quantity ordered by the PURCHASER;

3. This Agreement shall be in force for an initial term of one year commencing on
the date of execution of this agreement. This Agreement shall be automatically
renewed upon failure of the parties to execute another agreement after its
expiration.

4. That this agreement shall be binding upon BOTH PARTIES and their successors.

That the PARTIES to this Supply Agreement shall bind themselves to

faithfully abide and comply with the terms and conditions contained herein.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 6th day of July
2021 at Bulanao, Tabuk, Kalinga.

BEFORE ME, a notary public for and at Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga,
Philippines, on this 6th day of July 2021, personally appeared appeared before me
the above-named parties, known to me to be the same persons who executed the
foregoing instruments and acknowledgement before me that the same is their free
act and deed.

The instrument consisting of two (2) pages, including this page on which the
acknowledgement is written has been signed on the left margin of each and every
page thereon by the parties their witnesses and sealed with my notarial seal.
