12) Identification of classified mortgaged land according to the land schedule for
bad loan recovery.

13) Searching for land & landowner according to land schedule /city corporation
holding number / municipality/ pouroshovha holding number.

14) Bad loan borrowers identification & trace out according to his address given
by the bank to us.

15) We can collect any kind of C.S./ S.A./ R.S./ B.S/ M.S. mouza map around the
whole Bangladesh from “Survey of Bangladesh” according to the instruction & in
favour for the Bank .

16) Layout plan of the targeted proposed mortgaged building, factory & industries
etc.

Attention Please:

1) Actual physical position detection/confirmation of the Mortgaged property

according to the CS/SA/RS/BS/MS Mouza map.

2) Identification of classified Mortgaged land according to the land schedule for

bad loan recovery.

All the necessary documents should be provided in respect of Proposed

Mortgaged/ Mortgaged land surveys:

1. Photocopy of Original Deed.

2. Photocopy of Khatian CS/SA/RS/BS/MS/Mutation/DCR.

3. Photocopy of Mouza Map CS/SA/RS/BS/MS.

4. Photocopy of Trade License, Proprietor National ID card, Tin Certificate,

Landowner National ID Card.
