This document will contains information related with the vision, the mission and the values of the
company Ozhouse clean. Ozhouse Clean is based in Sydney and offers professional, residential
cleaning services, including regular home cleans, as well as spring cleans
This document also contains the strategic objectives to address the expansion of the company,
the analysis through SWOT and PESTLE analysis.

We are constantly working to establish ourselves as the most respected and sought-after supplier
of cleaning services.

The market

Market characteristics & conditions

Overall the cleaning industry has increased n 0.9 % this year due to the coronavirus, some
demand has diminished in the business however the increase of disinfecting the houses has
increased. The potential competitors for the company Ozhouse are Jarvis and Maid to clean. It is
important as well follow the guideline legislation specially because of the external threat of the
coronavirus.

Payment of the taxes if the employees are going to become full time
