1.It happened two years back.

2.In Amaravathy Trunk infra project ,10 Km RCC power duct to be


constructed in underground for a depth of 10-15 m with the water
table of 3.50 m from the ground within 6 months to accommodate
HT/LT cable

3.Considering the high ground water table, reducing the span of


working at deeper trenches was the need of the hour. Operational
excellence is the key factor to succeed in schedule, cost & quality.

4.Encouraged my team to adapt moving formwork system to


reduce fixing & removing of form wok which consumes 60% of
time.

5.Due to depth & slope variance, the system may not get success
in these kinds of work.

6.Noted all the feedback, engineering needs and designed an


adjustable moving formwork system which can fit for any slope &
depth.

7.Through the innovative idea, the team achieved greater


productivity, reduced cycle time from 25 days to 10 days. resulted
in saving cost & time.
