B.

Summary of Activities
I completed several Bukopin KBStar projects during my 12-month internship,
including KBStar Retail and NGBS Corporate development. In addition, I have
involved in several other projects including Hypee, Gratama, StarConnect, and
Kreditplus. Most of my projects are revolving KB Bukopin for now since they are our
current client right now. Here are some of the projects that I have worked on during my
2nd half of the internship, along with a detailed explanation and the correlation to the
provided learning plan:
1. KreditPlus Project
I was tasked with one of my colleagues to do a UX
research on KreditPlus. Kreditplus is from PT KB Financial
group and their app functions as an online loan provider for
designated buyers that wants to borrow money for gadgets, home
appliance, furnitures, Audio/Video and IT & Communications.
They provide various of benefits to attract more customers that
needs their loan services.
In the past, we did an early UX research by analysing and
creating the timeline, user interview, empathy map, pain points,
user persona, user journey map, problem statement, competitor
analysis, affinity diagram and insights in FigJam. In this
research, I have implemented all the ones that I have been taught
before in UX Research and Design class – along with learning
some new information about other sections. We only worked on
this project for a day since we need to focus more on NGBS first.
After NGBS Corporate Project is done, we will focus on this
project for further research. Next, we held the meeting with our
higher-ups for our next step of research, which is marketing
research and deciding the stakeholder requirement for the
client’s project. I was also tasked with creating interview
questions for each of the divisions – CEO, Business Units,
Marketing Team, IT/Development Team, Customer Support and
Sales Team. We also need to provide the slides in the future for
presenting to the client.
After our team is done with NGBS project, we allocated
our focus to Kreditplus project. My team were given many tasks
related to UX Research. Here are some of the steps that we have
done to complete KP project in order:

a) Kreditplus meeting with the stakeholders for gaining


informations, company overview, etc.
b) Kreditplus App Testing: we test the current
application of the current version to see which area
or section can be improved.
c) Competitor Analysis: we also analysing the current
and potential competitors of Kreditplus, such as
ACC, Adira Finance, Kredivo, etc. depending on the
sections. We analyse it by sections: pain points,
strength, weakness and counting the action step
counter.
d) User Persona: We created a potential customer’s
profile to know more about their pains and gains,
motivation of using the service or products and their
needs.
e) Market Research: I was tasked to do market research
regarding Used Car section.
f) User Interview Questions: We were tasked to create
user interview questions based on each section
available: Loans with proof of ownership as
guarantee, E-commerce loans, and Used Cars.
g) Interview existing users: We were tasked with
interviewing existing users after getting the survey
results. The survey was done by my co-worker and
has been shared before.
h) Pivot table, System Usability Scaling method: After
we get every single result, we calculate the average
result for each section available using Pivot Table.
We also managed to calculate the UX score by using
System Usability Scaling method.
i) Kreditplus Final Report: We compile every result
that we acquired to the report, in the shape of
powerpoint.
Since this is the first project that was specialized in UX
Research, there was some unfamiliar term that I experienced,
despite the knowledge that I had from my past lectures of UX
Research. We were also taught more knowledge about UX
Research area by our supervisor. For me, this project has impact
most of my experience and improvements by handling
something that was new to us.
2. KB Website Revamp
I was tasked with one of my colleagues to do revamp KB
Website and make it so the website is responsive to fit various
screen with different sizes. Here is the parts that I have done:
- The Management Team where it consists of Board of
Directors, Directors, Committee, and Corporate
Secretary
- KB Bank Profile: consists of a brief history, vision
and mission, business segment, subsidiary, corporate
culture, awards, correspondent bank, supporting
professional institutions and contact information.
- Good Corporate Governance (GCG): consist of
GCG, Awards, Guidelines, GCG Reports, Code of
Conduct, and Whistleblowing System.
- Investor: consist of Investor Relation
- Social Responsibility: consists of Policy of Corporate
Social Responsibility and CSR implementation.
Besides the tasks that was listed above, I was also
responsible to revise upcoming feedbacks from the Business
Analysts that I was working with.

3. SCF Project
SCF is a project that was started back in May 2023, along
with BCM. However, it is a huge project that require months to
finish and there are many revisions along the way from October
2023 until February 2023.
I was tasked to do major revisions towards SCF Project,
with the help of Business Analysts’ team. It took a long time to
completely done revising everything since there are lots of
revision coming from Quality Assurance side. My job is to revise
and discuss every single revision from problems with the design,
typo, until the major changes in status.

4. Maybank Octopus
For this specific project, my role is not that major. I only
helped my colleagues to help them design specific section of the
frames and revising based on feedback.

5. NGBS Corporate Project


A recap from one of my past projects, NGBS Corporate
Project is a large-scaled project that requires coordination
between business analysts’ division, UI/UX division, and
developers. NGBS Corporate Project goal is to make corporate-
based banking website and applications for business, along with
providing services and renew features and system to support
business-based necessity.
In the past I handled the design of some sections for
NGBS Website into wireframes for layout placement and base
colour, along with understanding the functionality of each
section. Here is the list of the following website I have done in
the past:
- Receivable Management: Multi Debit and School Banking
- Single Transfer: SKN and RTGS
I also converted the wireframes into prototype after I
have done designing the wireframes, revising some designs
along the way. After it was done, I was tasked with several parts:
- FX (Forex): FX transfer and Remittance
- Virtual Accounts: Virtual Account List and Virtual Account
Escrow List
- Additional parts of pending Tasks for maker and release

After I was done with my design, all I did was doing


minor revisions whenever needed. I handled other projects after
my part is done. However, there was a time that I need to replace
my co-worker who went on a leave to help her cover up some
revisions.
