 Handled day to day production issues by ensuring a DIIR ticket is opened and
then properly assigned to the appropriate developer for further investigation.

Major Projects

a) Compliance Remediation –PLOC application from Nova Platform to Sphere II – 12 Markets

Description: The purpose of this project was to convert already existed PLOC
application from NOVA to a more stable platform Sphere II. This project also included
additional requirements from the business partners in addition to what we already had
in place. Old PLOC application was coded in VB 6 and the never version of PLOC was in
VB.net. Worked with 10 different developers on 12 different markets from requirement
verification to installation and production support.

b) ParU Process – ReUnderwriting 20 Markets

Description: The purpose of this project was to add a new process to


ReUnderwriting application. This strategy controls spending by declining charges that
exceed the average 6 month remittance, with the exception of 20% of the limit for
Restaurant, Insurance, Recurrent Billing charges. This shadow line applies for 6 months.

c) Parallel International Sphere II Application – 4 Markets

Description: The purpose of this project was to build an application that will
process messages from WCC without having to open a case, saving time and
money. This project is not yet completed and because of several other projects in my
queue, it was moved to a developer who is working directly with the market.

d) Line Adjustment – ReUnderwriting – 4 Markets

Description: The purpose of this project was to add a new process to


ReUnderwriting application. This strategy calculates a new credit limit on risky
accounts based on a particular worklist.

e) CAS 13 Screen Decommission– ReUnderwriting – All International Markets

Description: ReUnderwriting application was scrapping supp accounts information


from CAS 13 screen for pin delete. Since Cas 13 screen was going to be
decommissioned, we have to build a new process where the ReUnd VA was going to
scrap the same information from WCDAD screen. This project was implemented in all
international market including GNS market Brazil and Malaysia.

Description: Our solution to One Stop Motors was consisted of an aesthetically


mature design which included a highly visual online inventory search page containing
photos and detailed descriptions of each vehicle. Using this powerful system, internal
staff could now update the online photos and information of each vehicle with ease
and flexibility. This powerful inventory management system also enables viewers to
directly contact the sales staff as they view each vehicle. It offers online vehicle
deposits, online service bookings, online finance applications, online chat with sales
agents, and online price offer on the car, online shipping and warranties information.

Solution

Description: With the goal of differentiating themselves from their competitors and
increasing conversion rates online, Good Earth engage one of our reseller for a
complete redesign of their site including data analysis, enhanced site navigation, new
safari package tools, and creative development. We developed a self manageable
backend control panel for good earth tour staff to manage the up to date air fare
information, advisory tips, Safari lodges, safari itineraries and travel insurance.

d): Best Rate Beds: www.bestratebeds.com : Travel Solution

Description: The challenge was to build a website right from the scratch for Best
Rate Beds to allow it’s customer to access the hotel and apartment accommodation
at the rate that can’t be missed. We integrated the website with worldwide
distribution system that will feed up to date information to this website. We built a
Content Management System that allows Best Rate Beds to effortlessly update and
change content as new offers are released. This website allows various agents to sign
in and have a person dashboard to update their own contents.

Description : How do they create websites for each city and each community in
Arizona and more importantly , how do they create them with the same theme, color
scheme and feel without spending too much time. Our Solution is to create a self
manageable application that will generate unlimited website for not only cities and
communities in Arizona but also throughout the United States with the same theme,
color, scheme and architecture. Features could be added and removed with different
level of admin access.

public and private rooms, advanced search engine function with multivariable,
featured profile option programming, member of the week option, voting and rating
scripts, who is online feature, showing all members that are logged in, payment

Description: How to develop an aesthetic website and then drive traffic toward it in
order to capture leads. A complete lead management system was build right from
the scratch that will allow different user to access old and fresh leads. This lead
management system also allows users to return leads, add/edit notes and keep track
of them. Also we have developed 200 supporting websites and did a complete Search
engine optimization in order to generate traffic towards the main website.

k) Student Scholarship Application: Eastern Illinois University www.eiu.edu

Description: Eastern Illinois university financial aid office needed a system that
could keep track of financial aid information of not only the existing student but also
the incoming new students. The application was built which allowed the end user to
enter all the necessary student information, retrieve it, delete it or edit the current
student record. Also it allowed the end user to print the student scholarship/financial
aid information award letter to be sent to the parents of students.
