Project Description:

Objective: Design, Develop, Execute and Deliver of 1.5 million sq. Ft, 150 MTPA production capacity fully automated Preform
manufacturing facility. Scope includes Civil, MEP, IT infra, MHE , logistic development, Wet and Dry utilities and Productions
equipment commissioning and Roof top solar.

Role: I am responsible for End to End project management from initiation phase to the closing phase of the project.

People:
Project requirement to have mass units processing system for the required scale to deliver the units to customer on time. Team
was formed to design, drive and development. Design consultants are outsourced to design the process and technology with an
iterative development for an best competitive design, price and updated technology. For execution & tracking the execution of
project PMC team is formed with team members of most generalized specialist to drive project with quality, supporting &
integrating with functional team to deliver projects on time to a customer satisfaction. And the generalized specialist team is
evaluated of their skills to identify the skills gap and train the team members with required skills with plan in place to an
effective project execution. Team will be assigned with defined responsibility based on their expertise to execute in co-
ordination with other team & models to integrate to deliver final functional product. Team Collaboration was established
among the cross functional teams like Electrical team, HVAC team, IBMS, Civil, design and procurement team to achieve the
project outcome. Key Stakeholders, project risks, schedule, constraints, budget and high-level project requirements for all the
subsystems were identified at the initiation stage for the project charter. Led the team and managed the task allocation for
quality production deliverables. Developed communication management plan to engage with stakeholders and defined mode
of communication for co-location teams.

Process:
Identified project scope that needs to be performed for designing and developing the units process system with storage,
packing and delivering. Estimated project cost with the help of subsystem engineers and previous similar project required to
deliver project scope. Obtained project budget approvals from sponsors and stakeholders. Prepared detailed project plan
and shared with the team and secured approvals from all stakeholders followed by kickoff meeting.
Prepared detailed project schedule and key milestones like design, drawings, procurement, execution, Integration, testing and
commissioning of systems to track project progress. Defined project deliverables such as PEB structured warehouse, External
development & all services development for functional testing, user manual submission and timeline to stakeholder for signoff.
Identified and documented High level risk using historical data from previous projects and expert judgement. Establish
project weekly meeting to share project progress, Budget, burn down issue and risk to the stakeholders and as well as get
the feedback and support.
Business Environment:
Develop & define the change management plan for the management of any change in functional baseline scope/time/budget.
Subject related stakeholders will be addressed for approving changes in process, Implemented approved change requests
raised during project execution.
Perform quality audits of the designs and implementation work after delivery to secure approvals of associated
milestones. Obtained stakeholder’s acceptance on the deliverables and administrative signoff.
Documented lessons learned and conducted a project review to update the organization’s knowledge base.
The knowledge session was planned to hand over post project activities of the customers.

Outcomes: Fully Automated Preform Manufacturing plant was successfully developed & started operation. Which in return
started giving business & brand value to the organization.

Project Description:

Objective: Design, Develop and Deliver of 40 K sq. Ft of E-commerce warehouses to process and deliver Perishable, Grocery
orders faster to customer, Scope includes Civil, MEP, IT infra, MHE and logistic development.
