I was a part of two-member design team My responsibilities included conceptualising,
including me and another design intern user research, documentation, designing and
collaborating with stakeholders, development preparing proper assets for developer

User research: summary

In this fast paced world even the smallest of retailers know the essence of time and effects of
wasting it on standing in queues at banks.
Goal-based deposits gave a drive to the users to earn and save more through the
application. Multiple goals gave them more freedom in both deposit and withdrawal. On that
thought of earning extra 200 bucks of interest was a final touch.
The concept of neo-banks was introduced recently in India and it was blooming. The idea
was to get trust of users with a great experience to compete with the domestic banks like SBI
etc.

What I learned:
● Preserving Iterations: While coming up with iterations I made changes to the existing artboard,
duplicating only a few of them and even deleting some of them. I should have preserved all of the iteration
in order to understand the thinking behind it when viewing my work later.
● Importance & constraints by stakeholders: The views of stakeholders were very important in shaping
this feature. They had a better vision of the constraints, the company’s vision and the user base and getting
feedback from them were steps before proceeding further
● New technology and trends: Following and participating in the design community and tech gurus may
lead to many new findings and trends. In this case our research led us to neo banks and other trends.
