Scope

The scope of the solution is to provide Learn Product with the feature called as “My Activity” where
users through a fun and gamified experience. It includes badges, leaderboard, streaks that users can
experience, and users can check their progress against others.

It includes the following steps

a. Developing “My activity” feature on LHS which will contain following subsections:
a. Achievements, Leaderboard, Reports and Infinity Coins on web, mobile web, android
and iOS.
b. Developing and making the feature configurable and in “Plug and Play manner”
c. Database Design if any.
d. API development to process and fetch data.
e. Support and Release activities

Brief Description of Feature

The feature should be developed such that (i) new badges can be easily added later, (ii) existing badges
can undergo change in how they are earned, (iii) number of coins earned through various activities can
be changed, (iv) number of coins needed to redeem offers can be changed later. It shouldn’t be hard-
coded.

This feature should be developed as a micro-service such that any product of IL can use the features
through a plug and play system. Other products can customize Learn’s logic of badges, names of badges,
formula of earning and redeeming coins and use this service in the respective App/web product.

Activities and Deliverables

The outline of various phases in the project is mentioned below.

Planning:

1. Conduct Project kick off

4. Clarify and confirm client Requirements and Scope of work.

Assessment:

1. Define core team for the development of solution for the problem statement.
2. Deploy the solution in client environment and support the client on the solution
delivered.

Analysis & Design:

1. Tool Analysis
2. Gap Analysis: Analyze Current State and Future State findings to identify the
gaps.

Roadmap Development:

1. Develop, test and deploy the solution in client environment.

2. Support the client team in functioning and maintenance of proposed solution at
their premises.
