JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF LEGIMITATION OF CHILD

We, JUN B. PINEDA and LIGAYA M. PINEDA, both of legal ages, Filipinos, and
with postal address at 4030 Centro Sapa Libutad, Angeles City, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and state:

1. That we have been legally married to each other on December 30, 2019 at
Angeles City a wedding ceremony solemnized by REV. Chito B. Santos; A
copy of our marriage certificate is attached hereto made an integral part
hereof.

2. That prior of our marriage and outside wedlock, three (3) child were
conceived, named DIANA CRIZEL V. MAGLALANG who was born on
January 25, 2008 in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Medical Center, City of San
Fernando, Pampanga, DIONE CLARENCE MAGLALANG who was born on
October 03, 2011 in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Medical Center, City of San
Fernando, Pampanga and DAENA CHERISH MAGLALANG who was born on
October 20, 2013 in Mexico Community Hospital, Mexico, Pampanga; A copy
of Live Birth Certificate is attached hereto made an integral part hereof.

3. That I, JUN B. PINEDA solemnly swear that I am the father of DIANA

CRIZEL V. MAGLALANG, DIONE CLARENCE MAGLALANG and DAENA
CHERISH MAGLALANG the subject child for legitimation

4. That at the time of the conception of those said child, we were not
disqualified by any impediment to marry each other, and therefore, by virtue
of our subsequent marriage, those said child are now legitimated by
operation of law, particularly Article 177 of the Family code of the Philippines
(As amended by Republic act 9858 approved on December 20, 2009)

5. That we execute this affidavit to declare the truth of the foregoing facts;
