RE: REQUEST TO STOP THE CONSTRUCTION/

DEVELOPMENT OF CELL SITE TOWER IN
BARANGAY CUTCUT, ANGELES CITY

Dear Sir/Ma’am:

We are residents of Nepomuceno Subdivision, Barangay Cutcut, Angeles City and

we are writing in connection with the construction/ development of cell site tower
consisting of 48.00 meters height in Leen St., Nepomuceno Subdivision, Barangay
Cutcut, Angeles City.

It must be emphasized that since we have learned the intended construction/

development of the cell site tower inside our subdivision, we communicated our
objections thereto for the following reasons:

First, the location of the cell site tower is a residential

subdivision;

Second, we are concerned about the long-term environment and

health concerns a cell tower could have on the residents of
Nepomuceno Subdivision. I am sure you are aware of the
numerous studies, citing environmental and health dangers from
cell towers. For one there is an issue on the structural integrity of
the tower, the ultra-high frequency (UHF) radio wave emission
radiated by the communications tower affecting the life, health
and wellbeing of the barangay residents, especially their children
and the student of the M. Nepomuceno Elementary School. The
danger posted by the tower if it collapses in regard to life and
limb as well as the property of the residents particularly those
whose houses abut, or are near/within the periphery of the
communications tower;
 Third, what effect will a cell tower have on the property/ zonal
values in Nepomuceno Subdivision? And

Fourth, the security and safety of the residents and property

owners of Nepomuceno Subdivision will be put at risks
considering that many outsiders including but not limited to
construction men will enter the subdivision premises.

These issues have not been discussed in an appropriate forum. Being owners of
properties in Nepomuceno Subdivision, we have the right to object to the
construction/ development of the cell site tower especially so because it poses
serious health risks, endangers the safety and disturbs the peace and tranquility of
the residents thereof.

In view thereof, we request your company to CEASE AND DESIST from the
construction/ development of cell site tower inside the Nepomuceno Subdivision.
Otherwise, we shall be constrained to file the necessary action against your
company to protect our rights and interest.

Be that as it may, so that we can thresh out the issues, we can sit down for a
