Asis, Filipino, residing at Zone 1, Maliwalo, Tarlac City, EVELYN B. ASIS-PEREZ,
surviving children, married to Enrique Perez Jr., Filipino, residing at 0290 Dona
Lutgarda Subd., Capas, Tarlac, IMELDA B. ASIS-MABINI, surviving children,
married to Ramon Mabini Sr., Filipino, residing at 300 Brgy. Talaga, Tanaun,
Batangas, JOSEPHINE B. ASIS, surviving children, single, of legal age, Filipino,
residing at 720 Rosary Ville, Sto. Rosario, Capas, Tarlac, NOEL B. ASIS, surviving
children, single, of legal age, Filipino, residing at 568 A. Mendoza St., Brgy. Pedro
Cruz, San Juan City, and VICENT B. ASIS, surviving children, widower, of legal
age, Filipino, residing at 2530 D. Isagani St., Sta. Cruz, Manila, after having been
first duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

That we are the lawful occupant/claimant of the following two(2) parcel of lands,
particularly, described as follows:

“A two parcel of Agricultural Land situated at Mainang, San

Nicolas, Bamban, Tarlac, adjacent to lots 507 & 452 Csd-13329-D
of Pagasa Resettlement Project of DAR, Bamban, Tarlac (Lot-1 with
an area of THIETEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FOUR(13,204)
Square meters X. X. x.
(lot -2 with an area of TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY-
FOUR (2,244) square meters.”X.x.x

That we hereby waived all our rights, claims, and interests as lawful occupant/claimant
of the above-described parcel of land including all improvements found unto and
UNDRED in favor of Sps. CRISTOPHER CATAP CANGCO and ALFE JOY
CAYME CANGCO, both Filipino citizen, of all legal ages, and a resident of B52, L1,
Cruz Ave., Ext., Don Bonifacio Subd., Pulung Maragul, Angeles City.

That we hereby warrant the peaceful possession of the transferee and that there are no
other existing claimants or occupants thereof and the same is free from aliens and
encumbrances;

That this transfer of rights is subject to all the warranties provided by law for the
protection of the transferee and I further warrant to defend the rights of the transferee
from claims of other persons.
