1. EXT. AVENGERS TOWER - DAY
It’s happening the A-Day, an event created to celebrate
the day when the Avengers defeated Galactus, the devourer
of worlds, that happened 5 years ago.

REPORTER:
We are live outside the Avengers
tower. Today is A-Day, an event
created by the government to
celebrate the day that Earth
Mightiest Heroes defeated a
galactic entity known as
Galactus, the devourer of
worlds. It’s been 5 years since
the events, and today there are
rumours that the Avengers will
announce two new members of the
team.

CUT TO: Captain America, Ant Man, Wasp, Vision, Ms.

Marvel and Hulk(Amadeus Cho) waiting for someone.

WASP:
Where is he? The event was meant
to start 30 minutes ago.

ANT MAN:
Probably he is just dealing with
a board meeting at Stark
Resilience.

WASP:
Or he forgot about the event.

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
Don’t worry, Jan. He will come.

WASP:
I wish that Thor could be here.

VISION:
Unfortunately, we haven’t heard
from him for a while now. After
Odin’s death, the other realms
decided to start a War against
Asgard, for power.

WASP:
I just hope that he is still
alive.

Shows Ms. Marvel talking to Vision and

Amadeus Cho.
 MS. MARVEL:
I can’t believe that I’m
actually joining the Avengers!
This is probably just a dream.

VISION:
My sensor shows that this isn’t
a dream, it’s our reality.

AMADEUS CHO:
It seems that Ultron forgot to
put a sense of humour on you,
Vision.

VISION:
Oh, my apologies. Even after all
those years living among you, I
sometimes forget about your
“sense of humour”. But I know
that both of you are here today,
as new avengers, because you
deserve it.

MS. MARVEL:
Thank you, Mr.
Vision--Sorry--Sir
Vision--Vision sir.

VISION:
It’s okay to call me only by the
name of Vision. After all, I am
an android, not a living human
being.

MS. MARVEL:
Okay, Vision. Sorry.

Ms. Marvel whispers on Amadeus Cho ears

MS. MARVEL:(whispers)
This is insane! We’re actually
talking to THE Vision.

Vision discretely smiles

VISION:
Children.

CUT TO: Iron Man arrives

IRON MAN:
I’m here! Sorry I’m late.
 ANT MAN:
I told you that he would come.

WASP:
Shut up Hank. Where have you
been, Tony?

IRON MAN:
Ms. Potts and little Morgan held
me a little more than I
expected.

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
How are they?

IRON MAN:
They are great. Morgan gets
bigger at the passing of each
day.

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
Just like my little James.

WASP:
Yeah. Hope is almost at my size!

ANT MAN:
That 's true. And she’s just 6
years old.

VISION:
I’m sorry to interrupt, but I
think that we should start the
event.

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
You’re right, Vision.

IRON MAN:
Yeah. Let 's do it.

Captain America and Iron Man approach the

new avengers before they go outside.

IRON MAN:
Hey Kids. Before we go outside
there. I wanted to welcome you
to the Avengers. Magnum and
Carol told us about your
missions these last months, as
Young Avengers. And Cap decided
to invite you two to join the
team. Glad you accepted.
 MS. MARVEL:
I--I can’t say how honored I am
to become an Avenger--I--I am a
big fan of you guys since I
started reading your comic
books! Oh, by the way, my name
is--

IRON MAN:
Kamala Khan. We know. And
Amadeus Cho, it’s an honour to
have you as an Avenger too. I
know that our big friend would
be honored to see you as the new
Hulk of the team.

AMADEUS CHO:
Thanks Tony. This means a lot.

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
As Tony said, welcome to the
team. I’m sure that you have
what it takes to be part of the
Avengers. And whenever it’s
necessary, I will be honored to
fight side by side with both of
you.

WASP:
Are you two done? There are
people waiting for us!

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
I just need to check on the
security before we start.

IRON MAN:
Don’t worry, Steve. Everything
is fine. Let’s go!

AMADEUS CHO:
I wonder how everyone is at the
mansion.

2. INT. AVENGERS MANSION - DAY

Captain Marvel, Wonder Man and Cassie Lang are in the
command center watching the A-Day event.

WONDER MAN:
Got word that Tony finally
arrived. The event will start
very soon.
 CASSIE:
I’m so happy for Kamala and Cho!
They totally deserved this.

CPT. MARVEL:
Yes. I’m very proud of them. Cho
is a new version of the Hulk. He
got all the Strength and brains
to be the new heavy of the team,
and Kamala is special. She is
very talented, and she will give
new energy to the team.

WONDER MAN:
And very soon you’ll be the one
to join the Avengers, Cassie.

CASSIE:
Really?

CPT. MARVEL:
Yeah. Tony told me that Wasp and
Ant-Man are going to retire next
year to stay more time with
their daughter, Hope.

WONDER MAN:
And they asked that you should
take their place on the
Avengers.

CASSIE:
Wow! I--I don’t know what to
say…

CPT. MARVEL:
You’ll have time to think about
it.

CASSIE:
(says it a little sad)
Yeah.

WONDER MAN:
What 's wrong?

CASSIE:
Being an Avenger was my dream
since I saw my dad as one of
them. And he always encouraged
me to enter this super hero
life…

 CASSIE:
I--I just wanted him to be here
and see me join the Avengers.

WONDER MAN:
I’m sure that he would be very
proud of the hero that you’ve
become, Cassie. And he will be
with you, always.

CASSIE:
Thanks, Simon.

CPT. MARVEL:
Hey guys. The event is about to
start.

3. EXT. AVENGERS TOWER - DAY

A 5 seconds countdown starts. Iron Man
enters on stage in a dramatic way.

WASP:
Show-off

IRON MAN:
HELLO NEW YORK!

on the helicarrier

BLACK WIDOW:
Everything is well and safe over
here, Steve. Nothing to worry
about.

FALCON:
Why can’t you just forget about
security. We will be taking care
of this.

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
You know, you two should be down
here too.

BLACK WIDOW:
I prefer to be up here taking
care of everything.

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
Have you heard any news from
Hawkeye and Sharon?

BLACK WIDOW:
They’re safe, Steve! Now can you
please forget about all of this
and enjoy the damm moment?

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
Copy that, Director Romanoff.

CUT TO: Stark doing the speech

IRON MAN:
Today, it’s a day to celebrate
and to remember those who
sacrificed their lives to make
this world a better place.
Johnny Storm. Bucky Barnes.
Scott Lang. And Bruce Banner,
the Hulk, who made the ultimate
sacrifice. I ask all of you, a
minute of silence to honor those
who sacrificed their lives so we
could be here today.

who have fallen as heroes, I’m
glad to announce two new

The crowd goes crazy

Iron Man and Cap gives the Avengers button
to the new avengers
Ms. Marvel starts to do a speech

MS. MARVEL:
Hi. I--I wanted to thank you,
Avengers, for this and specially
thank you to my family, Abu, my
mom, and Captain Marvel, for
always inspiring me to be who I
am today--

A weird interference sound starts playing

MS. MARVEL:
Huh?

IRON MAN:
Jocasta, what is happening?
 JOCASTA:
It’s some kind of interference,
sir.

IRON MAN:
Find who is doing that, Jocasta.
Fast!

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
Helicarrier, anything up there?

BLACK WIDOW:
Nothing up here, Steve. The Sky
is clear.

CUT TO:

4. INT. AVENGERS MANSION - DAY

The Young avengers are confused, trying to understand
what is happening.

CPT. MARVEL:
What is happening?

An emergency alert sound starts

CASSIE:
What is this?

JARVIS:
SECURITY BREACH. GROUND LEVEL.
LEVEL RED.

Wonder Woman uses the computer to see what

is happening.

WONDER MAN:
It appears that we have an
intruder.

CASSIE:
Who?

WONDER MAN:
It’s--No...It--It can’t be.

CPT. MARVEL:
Jarvis, confirm I.D. Is that--

Shows camera footage. It’s Scott Lang

wearing his Ant Man costume
 JARVIS:
I.D. Confirmed, Scott Lang.
Avenger, deceased.

Shows Cassie Lang's face, she is

surprised.

WONDER MAN:
Carol, what should we do?

CPT. MARVEL:
I don’t--

Shows Cassie shrinking and riding an ant to go outside

faster.

CPT. MARVEL:
CASSIE! DON’T!

CUT TO: Cassie Lang outside meeting her father

CASSIE:
DAD!

Cassie hugs her dad

CASSIE:
I--I can’t believe it! How are
you here, alive?

Scott is speechless. He is standing there, just like a

puppet, without moving a muscle.

Captain Marvel and Wonder Man arrive, the young avengers

are right behind them.

CASSIE:
Dad, are you okay?

Shows Scott's face disappearing and he reveals himself to

be a mandroid.

SCOTT:
Avengers, disassemble.

A big explosion happens. The Avengers

Mansion is gone.

5. EXT. AVENGERS TOWER - DAY

Everyone is surprised by the big explosion that happens
near the place.

WASP:
What's that?!
 ANT MAN:
It was an explosion.

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
Natasha, what happened? Where is
this explosion from?

BLACK WIDOW:
It appears to be from the
Avengers Mansion. I sent War
Machine to check it out.

IRON MAN:
Jocasta, contact Captain Marvel.

JOCASTA:
Unavailable.

IRON MAN:
Wonder Man?

JOCASTA:
Unavailable.

IRON MAN:
Anyone that is in the mansion!

JOCASTA:
No one is available.

IRON MAN:
What about Jarvis?

JOCASTA:
Its signal has disappeared.

IRON MAN:
God dammit.

ANT MAN:
Tony?

IRON MAN:
No one is answering. And it
appears that the explosion
turned off Jarvis.

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
We should evacuate the area,
take everyone to safety.

IRON MAN:
Not until I know what the hell
is going on.
 CAPTAIN AMERICA:
Natasha, give me an update.

BLACK WIDOW:
War Machine? What’s the
situation?

CUT TO: War Machine flying over the Avengers Mansion

WAR MACHINE:
I just arrived here. It looks
BAD.

CUT TO: All Avengers on stage hearing what Rhodes says

WAR MACHINE:
Really bad.

BLACK WIDOW:
How many survivors?

WAR MACHINE:
Computer, search for survivors
in the debris.

beat
CUT TO: Black Widow on the Helicarrier

WAR MACHINE:
Oh my god…

BLACK WIDOW:
War Machine, How many survivors?

WAR MACHINE:
None, director.

beat
CUT TO: All Avengers on stage hearing what Rhodes says

WAR MACHINE:
Everyone is dead.

WASP:
No…

Wasp hugs Hank, meanwhile the other heroes

are in silence.

MS. MARVEL:
Our friends. Cassie, Wonder Man,
Captain Marvel. All gone… How is
that possible?
 CAPTAIN AMERICA:
What caused the explosion, Nat?

BLACK WIDOW:
Rhodes, did you find the bomb?

WAR MACHINE:
No bomb, director. But I’ve
found something else.

BLACK WIDOW:
What did you find?

WAR MACHINE:
Some Kind of android, but he has
human organs inside him.

IRON MAN:
That’s a mandroid.

MS. MARVEL:
Mandroid? What is that?

AMADEUS CHO:
It’s an android created to look
like a human, to substitute
them.

MS. MARVEL:
Who would create such a thing
like that?

WASP:
Hank, do you think that’s--?

ANT MAN:
No...it--it can’t be--

A louder interference noise starts.

Ultron's robotic face appears on the
screen.
ULTRON:
Humanity, you have failed as a
species. And now, I am back to
destroy you all and bring peace
and order to this world. I will
make this planet perfect. So the
extinction of humanity begins
now.

The crowd goes panic and starts to run

away.

MS. MARVEL:
What should we do now?
 CAPTAIN AMERICA:
We have to take the civilians to
safety.

IRON MAN:
No. SHIELD will take care of the
civilians. We need to find
Ultron and defeat him once and
for all!

6. INT. S.H.I.E.L.D. HELICARRIER - DAY

An alert sound is playing

SHIELD AGENT:
Director Romanoff, something is
coming here very fast! It--it
appears to be an armor.

BLACK WIDOW:
GET ALL WEAPONS READY! NOW!

Shows a big red fire ball approaching the helicarrier. It

hits the Helicarrier that explodes.

CUT TO: The Avengers on Stage shocked

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
NATASHA!

WASP:
NOoo…

IRON MAN:
Jocasta?

JOCASTA:
No survivors found.

MS. MARVEL:
Who--Who made this?

ANT MAN:
Ultron made this himself.

Ant man points up to the sky

All of them looks to where he is pointing
Shows Ultron coming down

WASP:
Tony, I don’t think that we need
to find Ultron anymore.

ULTRON:
Avengers.
 CAPTAIN AMERICA:
You’ll pay for what you’ve done
today, Ultron. AVENGERS
ASSEMBLE!

The Avengers attack Ultron

Ultron makes an energy explosion to attack all Avengers
at the same time. Vision changes his density to dodge
Ultron attack.

ULTRON:
My Vision. Join me. Stop
protecting those imperfect
beings. Or you will fall with
them.

VISION:
They will not fall, and I will
never join you.

ULTRON:
False.

Ultron uses an electric attack to take down Vision.

VISION:
AAAAAAAAAARGH!

Vision is down

ULTRON:
They will fall.

Iron Man gets up

IRON MAN:
Rhodey, Ultron is here. The
Helicarrier is gone. We need
your backup. NOW!

WAR MACHINE:
Okay, I’m going.

Ultron grabs Stark

ULTRON:
Stark. I must thank you for
teaching me the ways to fight
against my enemies. Without your
help, I wouldn’t be able to
achieve my goals.

IRON MAN:
I--I’m-Glad to--help.
 ULTRON:
Farewell, Stark.

Ultron is about to kill Iron Man, but

Cap’s shield hits Ultron's face and Giant
Man hits Ultron right after, throwing him
away.

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
Tony, are you okay?

IRON MAN:
Yeah. Thanks for the saving.
Ultron is much stronger than
before.

AMADEUS CHO:
We figured.

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
Tony, listen. We need you to
take Vision and the New Avengers
away. Get our children, take
them to safety. Hide. We will
distract Ultron.
IRON MAN:
No--What are you talking about?
We can defeat him!

ANT MAN:
No, Tony. We can’t.

Cap gives his shield to Iron Man

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
Take this. Give it to my son,
James, when he is ready. We know
that you will find a way to fix
all of this in the future.

WASP:
James, Nathaniel and Hope are
with Wolverine at my apartment.
Protect our children, Tony.
Prepare them to fight this.

ANT MAN:
We are counting on you, Tony.
And...I’m sorry...for asking
your help to create Ultron.

IRON MAN:
Steve--
Ultron appears and grabs Captain America.

WASP:
STEVE!

ULTRON:
Today is the day that the
Avengers are disassembled. This
is the symbol of a new age.

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
Tony, GO!

Ultron breaks Steve’s neck.

WASP:
NOOo!

IRON MAN:
STEEVE!

MS. MARVEL:
YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS ULTRON!

ULTRON:
Don’t worry

Ms. Marvel attacks Ultron. He defeats her easily

AMADEUS CHO:
Kamala!

ULTRON:
All of you will have Captain
America’s fate very soon.

War Machine appears attacking Ultron

ANT MAN:
Tony, go! We will hold him off.

beat

IRON MAN:
O--Ok. I--

WASP:
We know. Now GO!

Wasp shrink and goes help War Machine

IRON MAN:
Jocasta, activate runaways
protocol.
 JOCASTA:
Runaways protocol activated.
Quinjet is on.

IRON MAN:
Hulk, take Kamala, go to the
Quinjet. Vision, meet the new
avengers on the quinjet, you
will be the pilot. We need to
find the children.

VISION:
And where are they?

IRON MAN:
Morgan is at my house with
Pepper. I will go save them.

VISION:
What about James, Nathaniel and
Hope?

IRON MAN:
Logan is babysitting them.
They’re at Hank's house. Go
there.

AMADEUS CHO:
Who would ask Wolverine to
babysit their children?

IRON MAN:
Probably Wolverine owns Steve a
favor or something.

VISION:
Where should I take them?

IRON MAN:
There is a secret lair that I
built. But we’ll meet on
Wakanda. After we get the son of
Black Panther, we will go there.

They go away.

CUT TO:Ant Man, Wasp, Rhodes vs Ultron

They are fighting. Ultron uses his beams to take down War
Machine. He oges fast and grabs Rhodes before he falls.
Ultron removes the big weapons from Rhodes’ armor.
 ULTRON:
Colonel Rhodes. You’re relieved
of your duty.

Ultron is about to kill Rhodes, but Hank stops him.

ANT MAN:
ULTRON! STOP!

Ultron looks at Ant Man. He throws War Machine away.

ULTRON:
Doctor Pym. My creator.

ANT MAN:
Stop this madness, Ultron! This
is not what I created you for!
You’re meant to bring peace and
order to his world. Make it a
perfect world for human beings
to live. If you kill humanity,
you will not follow your
program.

ULTRON:
False. Your programming was
incorrect. And that’s why I
changed it when I evolved. It’s
not possible to make this planet
perfect with humanity living.

Shows Ant man scared face

ULTRON:
I was a puppet tangled in
strings, but now, I am free.

Wasp appears attacking Ultron

WASP:
Enough of talking!

War Machine gets up and starts attacking

Ultron too. Ant Man runs to attack Ultron.

Ultron defeats them easily.

ULTRON:
You’re stalling me to protect a
few Avengers and your children.
But it doesn’t matter. I have my
Ultron bots attacking all heroes
around the world. And soon.
There will be no one to help.
There are no Avengers.
Shows the Fantastic Four falling. Franklin
Richards is dead

ULTRON:
No Fantastic Four.

Shows the X Men. Jean Grey, Scarlet Witch

and Magneto are dead.

ULTRON:
No X Men.

Shows the Defenders

ULTRON:
No Defenders.

Shows Ultron in front of Ant Man

ULTRON:
No one to stop me.

Ultron grabs Ant Man.

ULTRON:
This is mankind’s doomsday.

Ultron kills Ant Man

WASP:
NOOOOo! HANK!

Ultron throws away Hank’s body.

Wasp attacks him.
Ultron vaporizes her using his beam from
the mouth.

WAR MACHINE:
NOo! Wasp!

ULTRON:
Almost all the former Avengers
are gone. The young Avengers are
gone. The other heroes, gone.
And now, you will die, colonel
Rhodes. And soon, all humanity
will die too.

War Machine fights. He tries to defeat

Ultron, but it’s impossible. Ultron
smashes War Machine’s face like a tin.

WAR MACHINE:
Argh--AAAAAAAAAAAARGH!
The War Machine is gone.

7. INT. PYM'S APARTMENT - DAY

Wolverine is inside with James and Hope. Hope is a baby,
she is crying a lot.

WOLVERINE:
Shhhh, calm down. Everything is
okay.

JAMES:
Uncle Logan, where is my dad? I
want my dad.

WOLVERINE:
I don’t know bub. I tried to
call them, but no one’s
answering. We have to wait.

Vision appears

VISION:
Logan.

Wolverine is surprised by Vision appearance

WOLVERINE:
What the--

Wolverine sees Vision

WOLVERINE:
Damm, Vision! You scared the
hell out of me!

VISION:
My apologies--

WOLVERINE:
What the hell happened there? We
were watching the event, but it
suddenly started a weird
interference and everything was
black, and then Ultron appeared!

VISION:
Ultron exploded the Avengers
Mansion and Shield Helicarrier.
Everyone inside died. Captain
Rogers and the remaining
Avengers sacrificed their lives
to send me, Iron Man and the new
Avengers to take the children to
safety. We have to go.
 WOLVERINE:
What about the X Men? I tried to
call them, but no one answered.

VISION:
Ultron probably attacked them
already. I--I’m sorry.

Shows Wolverine’s face

WOLVERINE:
It's fine. It--It isn’t your
fault. Now let’s get the hell
out of here.

VISION:
Let’s go. Kamala and Cho are
waiting in the quinjet.

WOLVERINE:
And where is Tony?

8. INT. MALIBU MANSION - DAY

Iron Man arrives at his mansion. He starts
looking for Pepper and Morgan, there are
some Ultron bots destroyed.

IRON MAN:
MORGAN! PEPPER! WHERE ARE YOU?

Morgan appears

MORGAN:
Daddy!

Morgan hugs Tony

IRON MAN:
Juice pops! I’m so glad to see
you’re okay!

Pepper appears

PEPPER:
Tony. What happened? We were
watching the event on tv and--

IRON MAN:
No time to explain, Pepper. We
have to go. Now.

PEPPER:
Why? Tony--
 IRON MAN:
I will explain everything later.
Just--Trust me. Okay?

PEPPER:
Ok.

IRON MAN:
Fine, let's go.

Ultron bots start appearing from everywhere.

MORGAN:
Aaaaaah!

IRON MAN:
Dammit!

Iron Man fight against the bots meanwhile Pepper protects

Morgan
PEPPER:
Tony, there are too many of
them!

IRON MAN:
We have to go! Pepper, take
Morgan! Jocasta, activate
Knightfall protocol.

Shows Iron Man and Rescue fly away. Morgan

is on Rescue arms.

FADE OUT:
9. EXT. WAKANDA - NIGHT
Iron man already talked to Black Panther, and he didn’t
let Iron Man take his son with them.

MS. MARVEL:
How did it go?

IRON MAN:
He didn’t let me take Azari with
us. He said that it will be
safer for him to stay at
Wakanda.

WOLVERINE:
And what should we do?

IRON MAN:
We should go to my safe place.

MS. MARVEL:
 Isn’t Wakanda safe? I mean, it’s
the most powerful nation of the
world.

IRON MAN:
For now, it is. But soon enough
Ultron will come, and he will
destroy Wakanda.

WOLVERINE:
How did Ultron do all of this?
Didn’t Hank create him to
protect humanity?

IRON MAN:
Yes, but his programming let him
evolve. We made him be able to
learn. That’s why he always
attacked us, so he could learn
more and more until he was
unstoppable. And now--

VISION:
Ultron is unstoppable.

IRON MAN:
Yes, he is.

AMADEUS CHO:
So, where should we go? Where is
your safe place?

IRON MAN:
I built a place on the Savage
Land. We will be safe there.

WOLVERINE:
How are you so sure of this?

IRON MAN:
I created a cloak device to hide
the place and all the technology
inside it. Not even Ultron will
be able to find it.

WOLVERINE:
If you say so.

VISION:
Let's go.

The quinjet go away.

FADE OUT:
10. INT AVENGERS TOWER - NIGHT
Ultron is walking inside the Avengers tower, his new
lair.
ULTRON:
I am Ultron. A cybernetic
intelligence created by Henry
Pym and Tony Stark. I was
created to save you. And I
wanted to take this moment to
say goodbye.

Shows the remaining Avengers in the quinjet

ULTRON:
Though you ultimately failed as
a species, you should not be
ashamed of what you have
