Greetings of Peace!

After 30 years of service, who spent fruitful years in the realms of education and considered as
one of the pillars in the MAPEH department throughout the Sultan Kudarat Division, MA’AM
ROSAFLOR B. PADIOS, MT-II, a secondary school teacher will celebrate her retirement day
on the 12th of June, 2021. Definitely, the contributions she made and the success of her
students are her fulfillment as she reached her particular age.

In line with this, we are requesting your good office for a retirement award plaque as an
appreciation, gratitude and recognition of the years of excellence and service for our favored
employee. The plaque is one the best ways to honor her as she gave her valuable time, energy
and talents in the department for a pearl year which deserves a recognition for a job well done.
