Respected Sir,

Sub: Complain letter against Ms. Tejaswini & requesting a new teacher to engage our Clinical IV (Moot
Court Exercise and Internship)

We are writing this complaint against Ms. Tejaswini, who engages our Clinical IV Subject. Before we start,
we would like to let you know that we respect all our teachers and we are only raising this complaint
because we are concerned about our subject and exam.

The following are the reasons that we are requesting a new teacher to engage our classes, Ms. Tejaswini
has literally, told one of us that she doesn’t like to teach our class and she is being forced by you (the
Chairmen).

Due to the pandemic and bus-strike some of us failed to attend offline classes that was engaged after our
IXth Semester Exams. Therefore, we requested her to teach or repeat the topic again but she was being very
difficult and ignorant. Later with a lot of persuasion she did repeat it but we had lots of doubts, it wasn’t
explained properly.

Ms. Tejaswini gave us a moot problem to solve only after engaging a few classes. Later, when we requested
her to solve a problem with us, so that we could clearly understand how to write memorials, she
undermined us by saying, “how come you guys are in final year and yet don’t know how to write a
memorial”. When we requested her to provide us some memorials, so that we can get an idea of the
format, she said, “not to lead our lives by copying stuff”. She also has accused us of being dumb and stupid,
which is so unethical and unprofessional statement. Again, after a lot of arguments between her and us,
she just read a moot problem in a single class and said that she solved the problem and provided the copy
of its memorial.

She instructed one of us to make a WhatsApp group, after making it she was very ignorant to join the
group. After, joining it we requested her to engage online classes instead of the voice notes she used to
send which was not helpful in understanding the subject. She was very reluctant to engage online class.
Later, she did engage the classes but the issue is that we have to argue or persuade her for almost
everything, which is really uncomfortable for us. This behaviour of her not to engage classes is repetitive,
even in our VIIIth Semester she refused to conduct online classes (Law & Agriculture). We did not have a
single online class for that subject.

A fellow classmate, Mr. Manikanta H. S. while texting in the group, sent an inappropriate emoji without
even knowing it's meaning. Later, when he understood the meaning as some of us told him, he immediately
called her and apologised. We all plead for his innocence because in these 5 years he has not disrespected a
girl, fellow classmates, teachers and treats everyone with respect. Every single girl of our class is willing to
affirm his good character and behaviour. The emoji which he sent was an act done without malice. He had
no intention to cause damage to Ms. Tejaswini. He just didn't know it's meaning. We request you to look
into this matter immediately and kindly resolve it.
We have never complained about any teacher till now nor did we have to take such drastic measures. We
are raising this issue as we are concerned about our subject, exam and our future as this is a practical and
important subject. Therefore, we ask you to assign a new teacher for the above said subject, who is willing
to teach us without undermining us or who is willing to go an extra mile in order to teach the concept
thoroughly.

Yours Sincerely,
Students of Xth Semester.
