1. Did you beat your old results? Why or Why not? I did beat my old results by
6 Km which I’m still very proud of.
By doing cardiovascular exercises inside, like skipping, jogging on the spot it’s not
or running up stairs. Places where it’s not slippery or unsafe.
Paste myself more because I found myself getting out of breath a lot. I also would
dress more properly because when I went out on Friday and Saturday to run I
ended up catching a cold.
Be honest and try to be accurate. Hope you will take up this challenge!
