I challenge you! I CHALLENGE YOU...

you jog, run or sprint as many

kilometres between Oct. 29 to Nov. 1. You can choose to do this in a
defined area (track, block, mapped out trial, field, in the house, etc.) and
make a note of how many kilometres you have done between those days.
Even keep the decimal places. I would suggest you use some type of health
app, most devices already have a built in one. Use whatever you can.
Measure out a distance and just go back and forth.

1km = 1000m = 100000cm = 1000000mm

Name: Fathia

Oct. 29 = 6 km

Oct. 30 = 6 km

Oct. 31 = 4 km

Nov. 1 = 5 km

Total KM = 21 km Then answer these questions:

1. Did you beat your old results? Why or Why not? I did beat my old results by
6 Km which I’m still very proud of.

2. My cardiovascular endurance is running. Explain your reasoning. Because

your body works harder to circulate more blood and oxygen to the rest of your
body. Which strengthens your heart and lunges.

3. Winter is coming. How can I maintain my cardiovascular health during

this time?

By doing cardiovascular exercises inside, like skipping, jogging on the spot it’s not
or running up stairs. Places where it’s not slippery or unsafe.

4. What will I do differently next time?

Paste myself more because I found myself getting out of breath a lot. I also would
dress more properly because when I went out on Friday and Saturday to run I
ended up catching a cold.

Be honest and try to be accurate. Hope you will take up this challenge!
