Answer to the Q. No. 1 This is a quantitative study.

Because in this study, the population is known and

accessible. Because this is the case study are investigating various stakeholders who are involved with
the project so that their stakeholders are all accessible.

Answer to the Q. No. 2 the respondents for this study are the educated people in rural areas because if
tele center is setup in a certain rural area they will hire people from that area and people who are
educated doesn’t have to leave their homes. The second respondents are Entrepreneurs how much they
are motived to invest in such project, will they invest or not. How will they setup this project The third
respondents are the ICT division government workers they represent government how much is
government interested in such development project.

Answer to the Q. No. 4 We divided the whole country into 4 categories like North zone, South zone, East
zone, west zone every zone we are selected 900 people for this research purpose
