Mir Mohammad Asir Uddin is the founder and owner of Asir Fabrics and Collection. He started
from a small desk in his home in islampur and after 2/3 years of hard work is trying to expand
his business territory. I choose him, Because I want to start a Business in this market as a
entrepreneur.

1. What is the current business you are involved in? How did you get the idea of
starting your business? Why did you become an entrepreneur ?
Mir Mohammad Asir has wholesale Clothing business. There he live in, the area is a clothing
area he analysis the business for 2/3years. Business By talking with the people who do business
in her area he became a entrepreneur .By taking a little help from her father and he started the
business.

2. Why did you choose this particular business? What other business/ non business
corporate opportunities did you consider?
HE choose this because many of her relatives are involved in this business line and they
are successfully run their business and he get the inspiration and get started the business.
HE consider motorcycle parts business, Because both are very profitable and also easy
for her because he have both business market in her area where he live.

3. What is the greatest strength for your business? Weakness? Threats?

4. How do you different your business against you competition? What brings value to
your customer ?
Her products are printed sari and lungi. So he always try to manage new design and collections.
HE try to make good connections with the customers and try to satisfy them with products. He
also give them replacements offers not only for bad product, He also give a chance to change the
sold fresh products if they want.

5. Have you failed/become unsuccessful in any major/minor way? What is the leasson
learned ?
I asking him if he had ever failed or had setbacks he replied with a simple, “Yes”. But he added
that it was hard to build trust and reputation in the market.And he said about he learned taking
risk and wait for the right moment and work hard for that and get the achievement.

6. What is the most rewarding part for your business your own boss? Challenges ?
Her rewarding moments by running her own business. He can get much time to do other work
also and with he stay in less pressure less care about profit and loss. Because he don’t have any
explanation to any one if any loss or bad thing happen in her business.
Challenges - Financial challenges.sometime its hard to repay loan from bank . As he borrow for
large order. Sometimes creditor failed to repay, so he have to take it as a bad debt have to give
any explanation.
7. What are dome upcoming ideas in your mind?
Her upcoming ideas is to start her production of shares and lungi because that will be more
profitable her production.

8. If someone else come to your business, what is the most valuable advice you can
provide?
Advise before starting the job you should get a job in this business. To learn and gain
some experience.
