SENIORS (46-50)

They can save a lot compared to other generations. They prefer government jobs because they
believe it gives better outcome compared to traditional jobs. They prefer doing everything in a
traditional manner. They want to have a large family and is family oriented. They are more
comfortable with face to face communication and prefer straight forward approach which means
they are low context.

CLASSICS (72-82)

They supported the growth of privatization of businesses and has been successful in doing so.
They introduced now forms of entertainment to the world and technological advancements like
televisions, etc. They promoted entrepreneurship business and growth could be seen from those
times. During this time, they also preferred to make foreign connections and promote foreign
trade. These people prefer following rules and at most their own set of rules and values. During
this time people mainly preferred face to face communication and a little of internet
communication a at that period internet was not so popular and not available everywhere, if they
wanted to contact someone who was far away they would have done it using fax or telephones
which is a medium context method as sometimes facial expressions would express a lot more
emotions than just listening to a voice.

BUILDERS (93-98)

They are very brand oriented and prefer only branded products to use. This generation people are
more enthusiastic about making links and friends through internet communication and making
transactions without cards and cash. People of this generation prefer spending more and saving
less, because they think what is once lost cannot be gained back. They have seen the growth of
technological advancements and their implementations. People of this generation want and
expect high return from investments. This generation of people prefer internet communication as
it is more accessible and is easier and cheaper to use compared to other traditional methods. Face
to face communication is also used but at a small amount at current times.
