• Fear Less: The first and the main point we have learned from SAY GLOBAL
FOUNDATION presentation is for being an entrepreneur first of all you have to kill your
own fears. You have to face the society with all your fears.
• Change: If we stop change, if we don’t improve ourselves there is no future not only for
us but for society. Change is important for better person for better future. To be alive it’s
important to keep changing and improving.
• Thinking: All the things from mindset forms your thinking. All the things start from
mindset; it may be productive or destructive.
• Purpose: For being an entrepreneur try to find out what is your purpose, where you want
to go and then start learning those skills that will make up your mind.
• Failures: Don’t get upset from your failures. Failures are the part of your success. The
more time you failed there is more chances of your success.

Zoya Qais (ZQ):

Zoya Qais is an entrepreneur who started her journey from her room making skin
care products and providing makeup tutorials online. In 2016 she starts ZQ brand. She got highest
viewership in a close group .1lac 50 thousands people were in their group. She launched her first
product ZQ Herbalicious. In the start she got 30 orders and she deal with BYKEA company to
deliver their products. TCS rejected their order to deliver because of low quantity. Blue x partnered
ZQ at once. She registered her brand and trade mark. Second product was Herbalicious gold. She
launches her saloon in 2018 DHA phase 3 block c Lahore. The people of UAE also like the product
of ZQ they decide to deliver their product in UAE. ZQ certified his product with Pakistan council
of scientific and industrial. After the certification ZQ made it Globally and sold their product
easily. They have never invested in sponsoring their product and they never believed in sending
free PR package to any influencer So they can create witty and sensible marketing design.
Customer retention is important for ZQ so they started online skincare consultation with video
chat. ZQ provide Info graphic and visual design for customer to understand the science of skincare.

ZQ has 16 products but Herbalicious gold is best selling product. Each time you buy Herbalicious
gold a portion of purchase goes to cancer patients (corporate social responsibility). ZQ will be
Pakistan first skincare brand to launch products worldwide.

Dr Ali Sajid (CEO- LMDA Training):

He has contributed a lot for students by introducing business

studies as a separate field of education. As an entrepreneur these steps are important according to
him.

• Big Dream: No Business can be successful without a goal so an entrepreneur should

dream big in order to have a positive impact on a larger scale.
• Restlessness: An entrepreneur should sacrifice everything and work extremely hard in
order to achieve his or her goal that means avoiding distractions and focusing on the
business only.
• Business Idea: your business idea need to be clear and unique that it will help audience
achieve their goals. You have to be loyal and keep working on it until you get a successful
response.
• Good Work Ethics: While doing a business one should not do any harm to anyone and
try to maintain business ethics that is essential for a long-term business success.
• Cash: Without money doing a business is difficult especially an entrepreneurial business.
One can get money from a friend, Father and also from Kamiyab Jawan Program.

Suneel Munj (Co-Founder Pak Wheels):

I have learned many things from Sunil Sir, that is to

proceed with business ideas and achieve success. As business growth is what everyone requires
and is a must need thing in order to have a successful life ahead. The key points I noted from his
discussion is that we can have a business idea that is related to your daily needs and you find the
gap in the market which you want to fill by introducing your services. You should work hard while
pursuing your goals. It will take time to have an end result of your efforts and maybe your team
will not go along with you throughout the struggle period. If you can stick to it for longer it will
definitely pay you well. You have to keep working on your dreams and also by law. Learn and
invest time to understand terms involved in dedication. Product refinement and product

improvement is the main thing that can make it unique for others. Business code of conduct and
ethics can help you stay longer in the market. Make your business goals clear and coordinate with
others to make improvement in what you are lacking behind your idea. Understanding customers
need and provide solutions most oriented to customers. Overall try to start with shorter steps
initially with your business and then goal for big as you get comfortable.

Summery
• From this session We learned many entrepreneurial steps like in Suneel munj story we
learned that in order to become an entrepreneur it is not important to dress formally but to
know about your product (Through Research) and make profit from it. Money matters.
• From Zoya We learned that we should not wait for the right time to do business instead we
should create the environment for business and make it right through teamwork and
partnership.
• From Say Global We learned that It doesn't matter how we speak that is we hesitate and
lack confidence, we should make the first step and face our fear because one day we will
succeed. Experience matters.
• From Sajid Ali We learned that an entrepreneur before Starting a business should have a
firm belief in God that he will provide success to him. He should get out of his comfort
zone and work day and night for his Dreams.
