REGISTRATION FORM AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

in after referred to as “Student”, by means of this private agreement, with the effects of a public
contract if registered, the parties agreed what follows:

PREMISES

Diplomatici is an NGO in Special Consultative Status with the UN ECOSOC. It is a world leader in training
based on the study of international relations, geopolitics, negotiation processes and the functioning of
complex multilateral bodies. It is the only body in the world to organise the “Change the World” in
New York. Students who wish to take part in the conference must pass the admission interview (free
of charge) and participate in the preparatory training courses. Each student can obtain a scholarship,
through an oral interview with the Diplomatici Admission Board. Those receiving the scholarship may
enrol in the Course in compliance with the provisions of the Transparency Pact. The content of the
Scholarship may vary in order to the type of training course chosen: Diplomatici shall reward students
attending more hours of training and increasing the reward thanks to the student's individual
commitment and performance. On this matter, please refer to the scholarship regulations contained
in Article 10 of the Proficiency application Form.

Specifically, the preparatory courses for participation in Change the World are:

Academy Course – mandatory for each of the chosen formulas. Those admitted to the Academy have
the right to obtain:
• Scholarship* worth 1,000 Euro to spend to participate in the Proficiency Course (SMART or
ADVANCED FORMULAS).
• Training modules on ZOOM PLATFORM
• Registration and participation in the CWMUN® Virtual Model UN® (4 days of work on ZOOM
platforms and Facebook Workplace)

A1 – CWMUN® ACADEMY COURSE € 450 + VAT

After completing the “Academy” training course, the student, in order to activate the economic
content of the scholarship, must indicate, by September 10, his/her registration in one of the
packages of the Proficiency Course (Smart or Advanced), of New York or the Emirates or in the
extraordinary “Combo” option that will allow him/her to take part in both conferences.

In view of the above, the following is agreed and stipulated:

The student agrees to pay the participation fee upon signing this contract by paying 50% plus VAT,
within 72 hours of signing the contract, by credit card by sending an email to admin@cwmun.org or
by PAYPAL using the address paypal@diplomatici.it by entering the specific increases (ALWAYS
INDICATE IN THE REASON THE NAME, THE SURNAME OF THE STUDENT AND the NAME OF THE
OPTIONAL COURSE); the remaining 50% within 30 days from subscribing.

*To take advantage of the scholarship benefits it is mandatory to have attended at least 80% of the
lessons/activities of the CW Academy Program.
