SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, CRISTOPHER R. CORPUZ, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and resident
of Sta. Ana, Agoo, La Union, Philippines, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, APPOINT and
AUTHORIZE, my wife, ABEGAIL H. CORPUZ, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a
resident of Sta. Ana, Agoo, La Union, Philippines and temporarily residing in Alkhobar, Saudi
Arabia for me and in my name, place and stead to do and perform the following acts and things
to wit;

1. To process, register and secure a copy of Certificate of Live Birth, of our son,
CLYDE GAVIN H. CORPUZ in the Saudi Arabia;

2. To claim/receive, pay, sign and perform all other acts necessary for the
fulfilment of the above powers and authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-In-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or
proper to do if personally present or acting in person.

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our said Attorney-In-Fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
