Kind attention is invited to the references and sub.iect cited
it is to inform that, after reconciliation with Agriculture and Sericulture
Further
departments the posts of V.A.As and V.H.As are re-allotted within the sanctioned
strength of the department vis-d-vis number of Village Secretariats sanctioned to the
districts.
Further it is to inform that, in the reference 3'd cited the District wise/ Category
wise revised rosters was communicated to the Commisstoner, PR&RD with a request to
take necessary action. ln the reference 4th cited, the Commissioner, PR&RD has
advised to issue corrigendum to the Notification No.01/Horlil2020, D|.10-1-2020
regarding the change in the vacancy position of Village Horticulture Assistants between
the districts.
ln view of the above, it is requested to kindly issue corrigendum (District wise
revised rosters copy enclosed) to the Notification No.01/Hortil2020, Dt.10-1-2020.

ln continuation to the Notification No.01/Honil2020, Dt.10-1-2020 the District

wise revised vacant posts of 1783 Village Horticulture Assistant (VHA) duly specifying

category wise roster are enclosed herewith for takrng up recruitment of Village

Horticulture Assistants (VHAs).

As per the Notification No.01/Horti/2020, Dt.10-1-2020 Note-2 of Para-1 read as

"The number of vacancies notified may increase or decrease in the districts as per the

actual requirement".
