Article 133.- Plundering property

1. Those who(1) use force or threaten to use immediate force or commit other acts thus
(2)making resistance futile for persons being attacked in order to(3) appropriate property
shall be sentenced to between three and ten years of imprisonment.

Đây là một assumption có 3 điều kiện như trên thì sẽ bị áp dụng chế tài

Simple Article 121.- Humiliating other persons

assumption 1. Those who seriously infringe upon the dignity or honor of other
persons / shall be subject to warning, non-custodial reform for up to
two years or a prison term of between three months and two years.

assumption:“those who seriously … honor of other persons”

sanction: “shall be subject …. and two years.”

Complex Article 102.- Refusal to rescue people from life threatening situation
assumption 1. Those who(1) sees other persons are in life-threatening danger but
(2)refuse to rescue them despite having the ability to do so, thus
(3)contributing to the latter’s death / shall be subject to warning or non-
custodial reform for up to two years or a prison term between three
months and two years.

Article 401.- Forms of civil contract

1. A civil contract can be made orally, in writing or by specific acts, unless a specific form
for such type of contract is provided for by law.
