can get sick and pass out or even start to overheat.

 How does technology-based devices help you evaluate fitness progress and what are

some examples of technology –based devices? (1.03) Technology based devices can

help you track your footsteps or even see your heart rate. An apple watch is one of the

popular item on the market that can be used.

 Explain what FITT/SPORT stands for and how can we apply it to make our workouts more

challenging. (1.04) (FITT stands for frequency, intensity, time, and type. SPORT stands

for specificity, progress, overload, reversibility, and tedium. You can apply these

elements (FITT) (SPORT)to your workouts because it will help you figure out and think

about what type of workout you will do.
