I. Introduction:

Alumni Association is undoubtedly a big help to the school. It provides

opportunities to active and grateful alumni to become more engaged with the school
and to serve its needs. Indeed, Malaguip Integrated School is blessed to have this
organization.

II. Background:
Malaguip Integrated School Alumni Association started in 2007 through the
initiative of Mrs. Clarita R. Macoco who was later elected as the President. The
organization was then a big help to the school for they had initiated project such as
the construction of the quadrangle and rehabilitation of the fences around the school.
Through this organization, several alumni of the school were encouraged to share
and join the humble advocacy of the organization .

III. Activities:

The officers of Malaguip Integrated School Alumni Association called a

meeting with the head teacher of the school to inform everyone especially teachers
about the Alumni Homecoming and election of officers. The President scheduled the
dates of meetings and proposed activities on the upcoming event. Agreed activities
are as follows to generate funds:

Dedicated officers sacrificed a lot and doubled their time since they had a very
limited time to finish each task. Different committees were created and delegated for
a better working force. Through cooperation and unity the event was successful, a
small amount was raised, and new sets of officers were elected.
