Procedures on submission of curricular documents:


1. POS creates a Google folder for their respective divisions (Division Folder). Inside the folder are the subjects (Subject Folder).
Grade School- Mrs. Christy M. Aurino (folder owner)
High School- Mrs. Mary Jean T. Mendaros (folder owner)

*POS counter-part checks if the folder is shared to all involved persons.

2. This Division Folder is shared to both POSs and the Principals. Subject Folder is shared to the concerned subject teachers. Involved persons check their “Shared
with me” tab in their google drive to locate the shared folders.
3. Subject teachers upload their document in the shared Subject Folder. Subject teachers make sure that the document uploaded is in edited form so that the POSs
and Principals can place their comments and suggestions in the document.
4. Subject teachers notify their POS once, they upload a document.
5. A copy of the checked GLIPs with Remarks Column removed is uploaded in the Class Materials folder of the class MS Teams by the subject teachers at the
start of every semester.
