Option of Ujjwala 2.0 has been given in LPG KYC as below.

Once you click the option, you will get the option below and have to select as per screen shot
below as for change from existing KYCs or fill new KYCs.

If you are selecting the option of Existing KYC, All the KYCs eligible for change will be visible in the
screen as in screenshot appended below.

Kindly note that this option is allowed to be used only once.

Once family has been changed it cannot be changed afterwards. Family count is also
matched as per the count mentioned/entered by distributor.

1. EPMUY KYC:

- Caste classification selection is mandatory if not selected earlier.


- No of family members as per Ration Card/ Family identifier document of family identified is
to be mandatorily entered if not already entered before selecting the declaration.
- Then either of two declaration is to be selected.
- Once either of the two declarations selected it cannot undo. Distributor has to go back to
main page and select KYC again if he wishes to change the declaration
- The Aadhar of the beneficiary has to be uploaded as Document in Document Upload Option
- First declaration is to be selected only when family details / family member count are to be
changed.
- Second declaration to be selected only when there is no change in family details.

The option to handle exception scenarios as lone women is also available. Due care to be taken for
using the option as the option once selected, cannot be changed.

There is option available to cancel the KYCs also due to any issue.

2. EPMUY2 KYC

- Family count was already entered during kyc filing. so it will be non-editable at start.

- If family count or family details to be changed then first declaration selection is mandatory
and then only family count may be changed.

- If all details are correct then second declaration to be selected.

The option to handle exception scenarios as lone women is also available. Due care to be taken for
using the option as the option once selected, cannot be changed.

There is option available to cancel the KYCs also due to any issue.

3. PMUY SECC
a) Caste classification selection is mandatory.
b) No of family members as per Ration Card /Family identifier document of family identified is

Once the KYCs are updated and validated, you can use the back button to move back .

The back button will take you to the first screen wherein due to validation, you will have to select
existing KYC option.

NOTES:

1. Once family has been changed it cannot be changed afterwards. Family count is also
matched as per the count mentioned by distributor.

2. Current family update option available in LPGNEXT will be disabled/hidden.

3. Family update in this option is allowed for all KYCs which are/can be cleared.

4. If you have not selected any of the declaration for family composition, you will not be able
to validate the KYCs

5. Mobile numbers have to be mandatorily seeded/collected as correct only for the


updation.

E-KYC (Aadhar Authetication)

As mandated by MOPNG, all KYCs have to comply to Aadhar Authetication /e-KYC.

For e-KYC, we have to use UIDAI Services in LPGKYC.

Once you click on UIDAI Services, the option as below will be activated.

On submitting e-KYC request, the screen as below shall appear which will have to be filled for
completing the process.

If the Aadhar does not belong to a female beneficiary, error as below will appear.

New KYC

On selecting the option for new KYC, we have two options as e-KYC and normal KYC.

On selecting the Reference number, the option for e-KYC activation is called for.

Once normal KYC is selected, the options available are as under:

On normal KYC, the first option being asked is whether the consumer is a migrant family or not.
Based on the selection the family identifiers are populated.

For Migrant, the family identifier number and state has to be input as per the number of declaration
and state.

LGD Compliance

All the KYCs for Ujjwala 2.0 has to be LGD Compliance. Option has been given to make the KYCs LGD
Compliant in LPGKYC.

On clicking the option, all the KYCs which are not LGD Compliance will be available for action as
below.

On selecting the KYC, we will get option to classify the customer as belonging to Rural or Urban. In
case of Rural, the mapping will be District, Sub District and Village Code. For Urban, the mapping is
District and Urban Local Body(ULB).

Document Upload

The option for Document upload has to be used to upload all documents for KYCs as per Ujjwala 2.0

The list of KYCs pending for document upload shall be available on the screen as below.

The document upload shall appear as below as per the applicable category.

If few documents are uploaded for KYC, then the tab shall be shown as BOLD and Distributor can
upload remaining documents.
