Delta Corp Ltd, obtained all the funds from only through equity shares company did not
received funds from debentures. The company has not issued any equity shares with
differential rights. The company has only one class of equity shares with face value of 1.
1. In the financial year 2019-20, the issued and paid-up share capital of the company as on
March 2020 were Rs 27.09 (cr) divided into 270,938,186 equity shares of Rs. 1 each.
2. In the financial year 2018-19, the issued and paid-up share capital of the company as on
March 2019were Rs 27.09 (cr) divided into 270,938,186 equity shares of Rs. 1 each.
3.In the financial year 2017-18, the issued and paid-up share capital of the company as on
March 2018 were Rs 26.76 (cr) divided into 267,590,478 equity shares of Rs. 1 each.
4. In the financial year 2016-17, the issued and paid-up share capital of the company as on
March 2017were Rs 23.16(cr) divided into 231,624,104 equity shares of Rs. 1 each.
5. In the financial year 2015-16, the issued and paid-up share capital of the company as on
March 2016 were Rs 23.07 (cr) divided into 230,664,104 equity shares of Rs. 1 each.
From the above data it can be observed that Delta CORP Ltd. Has good image and gained
huge confidence of shareholders or investors who purchases its equity shares. The company ’s
financial position has proven to be effective and efficient during these five years the company
has enough financial resources to run the company in efficient manner and also have enough
equity with them that can help them to generate more income in future.
During the year 2019, Company registered a total income of Rs.5,29,811 Lakhs representing an
increase of 2.04 % over that of the previous year. The PBDIT has marginally reduced from Rs.38,479
Lakhs (FY 2016-2017) to Rs.37,996 Lakhs (FY 2017-2018) due to increase in the cost of materials
and other overheads. The net profit during the year was Rs.10,084 Lakhs in comparison with previous
DIVIDEND
Company on 1st June 2017 has declared and paid first interim dividend of Rs. .35- per
equity share and on 24th April 2018, has declared and paid second interim dividend of
Rs. 1.00/- per equity share thereby totalling to 400% on equity share capital. The cash
outflow on account of first interim dividend excluding dividend tax for the year 2017-
18, aggregated to Rs.1,622 Lakhs and the cash outflow on account of second interim
dividend for the year 2017-18 excluding dividend tax aggregated to Rs.7,565 Lakhs
thereby resulting in a total payout of 67% of the net profits of the Company. During the
financial years 2009-10 (Interim dividend), 2010-11 (First Interim dividend) and 2010-
11 (Second Interim dividend) was transferred to Investor Education & Protection Fund
(IE&PF).
SHARE CAPITAL
During year 2019 the total share capital of Delta Corp was 27093186 which was similar to as
it was in 2018.
