hereby certify that during the special meeting of the Officers and Stockholders of the said
corporation held at ABC BLDG STO. NINO PARANAQUE on June 18, 2019 a quorum being
present, unanimously approved and ratified the following resolution to Wit:

WHEREAS, there has been presented and discussed in this meeting that the Corporation
be, as it is hereby to apply for Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau (FTEB) Accreditation and
other governmental requirements for logistics and properties.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that MIKE YU, whose signature appears

below, is hereby authorized, to apply for and transact, process and receive LOGISTICS
CORPORATION certificate of accreditation. And hereby giving and granting unto the
said person full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that the said person shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue of this Authority.
