Company Leave Procedure

 ½ a day leave per month for joining year. (Casual


Leave)

 From next year, leave will be entitle base on Shop


and office Act as below.

• January - March 14 Days


• April - June 10 Days
• July - September 07 Days
• October - December 04 Days

 Company will be given 07 casual leave days for all


employees.
Over Time - ( OT )
 When working after 6.00 pm & Saturday/Sundays
Over Time rates will be allocate. (Should work
Minimum 45 Minutes)

 Should have take a prior Approval from relevant


HOD.

 Calculations of OT payments base on shop & office


Act as below.

OT Payment = Basic Salary/240 * 1.5 * no of hrs


Salary, Allowances, Employee Evaluations & Increments..

Salary
• Pay Circle - 21st of Current month to 20th of Next month.
• Pay Date – 28th of Each Month.
Attendance allowance - ( Only for Staff Grade )
• ½ Day - Leave 0.5 + 5000/-
• 1 Day - Leave 1 + 3000/-
• 1½ - Leave 1.5 + 1000/-
• 1 ½ more - Leaves + 0 /-
Employee Evaluation
• Evaluation Period - January to December

Annual Increments
• Base on Performance
