not available, it will be on a Trade to trade basis, then delivery will be basis date committed by AL. Cancellation is not allowed for the order which is processed
for manufacturing.
2. Temporary & permanent registration charges, Insurance premium charges, Body building charges, delivery charges, FASTag, and any other charges apart from
the above mentioned, will be extra at actuals and to be borne by the customer only. Registration as per rules is the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Prices, equipment’s & specifications quoted are subject to change without notice and those ruling at the time of delivery alone will be applicable.
4. This is not an order, and no claim for priority can be made on the basis of this quotation.
5. No interest is payable for the remittance made.
6. In case there is any delay in delivery, we will not be held responsible.
7. We are at liberty to refund the amount collected without assigning any reasons.
