Premature Ejaculation Exercise Treatments That May Work

"Start-stop" technique
This technique is widely used and helps to get the man used to taking longer to ejaculate. For
this, the technique is done with gradual steps, which include:
1. On the first day, the man should masturbate with a dry hand, making 3 movements
and stopping for 2 or 3 seconds. After each pause, make 3 movements again and
stop. This pattern must be maintained 10 times. If the ejaculation happens before
these 10 times, the exercise should be repeated in the following days until it is able
to stand it for 10 times;
2. After being able to do 10 times of 3 movements, the technique should be repeated,
but with 5 movements in a row, interspersed with pauses;
3. When you manage to make 10 times of 5 movements, you start to make 7
movements in a row;
4. After reaching 10 times with 7 consecutive movements, the entire technique must be
repeated, starting again with the 3 movements, but with a wet hand, using some type
of lubricant or Vaseline for this;
5. When the 7 movements are reached again, the technique should be repeated, but by
the partner or partner.
Each step of this technique should be done on different days or a few hours apart, so that the
stimulus and desire to ejaculate are similar.
Ideally, during this technique it is expected that the man will learn to identify the sensations and
will manage to control them, prolonging the time until ejaculation. For best results, it is
important to follow up the technique with a urologist.
