Advice for Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction is a problem in which the penis is not stimulated enough


for intercourse.

1. Regularly start walking from

university is reduced by 41 percent. Regular exercise and walking also
reduces this problem in obese men.
  
2. Eat the Right Diet.

This problem also arises due to severe deficiency of Vitamin B12 and Vitamin
D. This problem is also overcome in adults with daily multivitamins and
fortified food.

3. Take care of your vascular health


High blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol and high triglycerides
damage the arteries of the heart and can also lead to heart attack and stroke.
The result of this also comes in the form of erectile dysfunction. Lack of HDL
i.e. good cholesterol and increasing obesity are also reasons for this. Visit
your doctor and find out if any vascular system is affected so that your heart,
mind and sex are healthy.
