This study examined the effectiveness of collegial coaching in enhancing instructional competence among teachers. It involved 30 teachers from an elementary school who participated in coaching sessions over 6 months. Results showed that collegial coaching had a significant positive impact on the instructional skills and student achievement of participating teachers.
