This study examined the effectiveness of collegial coaching in enhancing instructional competence among teachers. It involved teachers from Mabuhay Elementary School who participated in coaching sessions to improve their teaching skills. The results showed that collegial coaching significantly improved various aspects of instructional competence such as lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement. Collegial coaching was found to be an effective form of professional development that helped strengthen teachers' instructional abilities.
