1.ABSHER INDIVIDUALS.

Create, Register an Absher Account :

The first step is opening or creating a new Absher account online. To do so, just follow
the steps given below.

Step -1.  To make an Absher Account, visit ABSHER.SA or You can also download
Absher app from the playstore or iTunes.

Step-2.  Select ” Individuals” and Change language to English or keep it Arabic, as per
your requirements.

Step-3.  Tap on “New User” located in the bottom left corner.

Step-4.  The User Registration form will open. Enter your Iqama number. Then, enter
your mobile number. It is better if the mobile number is registered on your name.

 Choose a username and password. For password, it should be a minimum of eight

characters and, must contain a Capital Letter, and a digit. (e,g. Mobtd453).

Please note: For security purposes, it is better not to use your iqama number in password. Absher
system will not accept the password if it contains more than four continuous digits of your iqama
number.

 Provide a valid email address and set the language of your choice. Enter the
Captcha code and tick “Agree to the terms of Use and Privacy Policy.” You might
receive emails from Absher in the future.

Step-5. You, Will, receive a Verification Code on your mobile number. Enter it and Tap

on Register.

Final step. Follow the onscreen instructions and Finish the Registration Process.

To fully use the service, you will need to activate the Absher Account. The

providing you all Absher activation methods.

Activate Absher Account :

The easiest way to activate the Absher account is online methods. In this method, you can
use your bank account, and within a few minutes, your Absher account is activated. I am
providing the details on how to use your bank account to activate Absher immediately.

Moreover, if you are unable to activate your account through banking channels, I am
providing the locations of Absher registration Machines near you. Visit any of them to
register and activate the Absher account within few minutes.

so there are 2 methods to do that.

1- Through Bank Accounts Or ATM Machines.

2- Through Absher Registration Self Service Kiosk Machines

Activate Absher Using Bank Account.

If you have a bank account, you can easily activate the Absher account online. All banks
in Saudi Arab are providing Absher activation Service through this method.

Activate Account Through Absher Activation Kiosk Machines.

To Activate Absher Account through self-service machines, please follow the procedure
as given below :

 Visit any Absher kiosk machine located in your area, and on the main screen, select the
language. You can choose either English or Arabic.
 After selecting the language, enter your iqama number and tap on next.\
 After entering iqama number, place your right index finger on the sensor, as
shown in the picture below.
 upon a successful scan of the right index finger, the machine will ask to put the left
index finger on the sensor.
 Upon successful scanning, the screen will show the terms and conditions page.
Tap on Agree to continue the registration process.
 Now Enter Your mobile number and tap on Next. Try to provide the mobile
number which is registered on your name. The reason is that the service provider
( Zain, STC, Mobily. etc.) can block it any time if the sim is not on your name.
The system may also refuse to register the contact details if you are not the owner
of it.
 You will receive a 5 digit activation code on your mobile number. Enter it an click
on next.

3.SEHHATY APPLICATION:
Procedure to register for Covid-19 vaccination in Saudi Arabia.
– Download the SEHATY.SA  app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

– Create an account with the Sehhaty app or Login with your registered account.

– “Covid-19 Vaccine.”

– Select the beneficiary; (for whom you are applying) “Me” or “My Dependents.” and
then click “Next”.

– On the next page, fill with your basic information: Mobile Number, Region, and City of
Residence

– Select your Occupation from the specified list and click “Next”.

– On the next page, answer yes or no on the questions related to your health condition
like do you suffer from obesity, allergy, chronic disease.

– Click Next to complete the application and wait for Ministry’s response for booking
appointment.

4.SAUDI ARABIA HEALTH GUIDANCE:

1. Non-Saudi nationals holding Tourist Visas are not allowed to enter the
Kingdom during COVID-19 pandemic.
2. Travelling with ID has been suspended for GCC citizens.
3. All arriving guests including the members of diplomatic missions
accredited in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and their families (except
Saudi citizens and children below 8 years of age) must provide negative
PCR test certificate issued from a verified laboratory does not exceed (72)
hours from the time the test is undertaken until departing to the kingdom,
and guests who did not provide the certificate will be denied from
boarding the airplane.
4. Above points not applied on countries that suspended from traveling
to/from the kingdom in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 as
decided by the competent committee as a result of COVID-19 outbreak in
these countries. Travel suspended (except guests with official government
invitations and health practitioners from India and their families) to and
from India, Brazil and Argentina, including any person who has been in
these countries in the last (14) days prior to their arrival to the Kingdom.
5. All guests must fill out and sign Health Disclaimer Form below before
arriving to KSA airports then hand it over to health control center upon
arrival at airport.

6. All guests will undergo 3-days self-quarantine at home after arriving to

the kingdom, then take PCR test after 2 days. If PCR test not conducted,
self-quarantine at home continues for 7 days.
7. All guests must download and register on Tatamman and Tawakkalna
Applications.
8. Guests must assign home location Through Tatamman app within 8 hours
of arrival.

9. Guests most monitor COVID-19 symptoms, and immediately call 937 if
any symptoms appeared or go to primary healthcare center or emergency
if necessary.
10.Guests must do daily health assessment in Tatamman app.
11.Guests must follow precautionary procedures during self-quarantine at
home as stated in the Health Disclaimer Form.

Lifting the suspension of all international flights and travel to the

Kingdom. Passengers are permitted to travel to Saudi Arabia in
compliance to the following:
1. The transport of Non-Saudi Citizens arriving from the United
Kingdom, South Africa as well as from any other country being
specified by the competent health authorities, in which the strain
of the new Corona Virus (B.1,7,1,7) is spread, shall spend no
less than (14) days outside the country in which the new strain of
Corona Virus is spread before entering the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia, with a PCR examination after the expiration of this
period proving that passenger is free from infection of COVID-
19.

2. Saudi Citizens and who are allowed to travel into the Kingdom
for humanitarian and urgent cases arriving from countries where
the strain of the new Corona Virus is spread are excluded from
the provision in Item (1) above and shall be quarantined in their
homes for a period of (14) days.
3. Passengers who are arriving from countries in which cases of the
strain of the new Corona Virus were registered shall be
quarantined in their homes for a period of (7) days.

4. Passengers who are arriving from the rest of other countries, the
(7) days mandatory home quarantine shall be applied or (3) days
at least with mandatory laboratory PCR exam.

PASSENGERS RETURNING TO SAUDI ARABIA:

THE PREVENTIVE
MEASURES APPLIED
IN SAUDI ARABIA IN
REGARD FOR
COVID-19 AND THE
PENALTIES FOR
VIOLATING IT :

Before travelling:

1. If a person who intend to travel to Saudi Arabia was diagnosed with

COVID-19 or was in contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19,
he/she should declare to health authorities at their country, and not to
travel until 14 days after diagnosis or last contact. Violations are subject
for prosecution under (Health Control at Points of
Entry Regulation). They would be subjected to
fines not exceeding (500,000) Saudi Riyals, and
held accountable to consequences of their violation
on others.

2. Perform COVID-19 PCR within the timeframe assigned by Saudi Arabia,
and test result is proof of COVID-19 clearance. Violators will be denied
entry to Saudi Arabia.

Upon arrival:

1. If respiratory symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath) are present,

declare to Health Control Centers.
2. Sign documents required by health authorities and submit to relevant
authority at point of entry.
3. Download and register to applications required by health authorities.
4. Violations are subject for prosecution under (Health Control at Points of
Entry Regulation). They would be subjected to fines not exceeding
(500,000) Saudi Riyals, and held accountable to consequences of their
violation on others.

After entry:

1. Comply with isolation/quarantine according to time and location decided

and mentioned in documents signed by traveler, update health status and
report symptoms to health authorities. Violations of isolation/quarantine
requirements are subjected to penalty not exceeding (200,000) Saudi
Riyals or imprisonment for up to 2 years, or both. Repeated violations are
subject to doubled penalties.
2. Comply with preventive measures after completion of
isolation/quarantine period:

 Social distancing and violation of preventive
measures is penalized by (1,000) Saudi Riyals,
including not using face-masks, not maintaining
social distancing, refusing temperature
screening at entrance to public or private facilities, and not
complying with assigned protocols for persons with fever.
Penalties are doubled when violations are repeated.
 Avoid large gatherings and not to invite to such gatherings.
Violations are penalized by (10,000) Saudi Riyals. Penalties
are doubled when violations are repeated.
 Maintain hand washing with soap and water and sanitization.

3. Request healthcare when symptoms suggestive of infection appear, by

calling health authorities on 937 and comply with preventive measures to
protect the public.

4. TRAVEL.

-BAHRAIN:

new information: for travelers entering the Kingdom of Bahrain via the
King Fahd Causeway to conduct a PCR test up to 72 hours before arrival into
the Kingdom of Bahrain, starting Sunday, 17 January 2021.
The negative PCR test result required can be provided on any official
COVID-19 phone application, such as the “BeAware” app, “Tatamman”,
“Sehhaty" and “Alhusen”, as well as others.
Travellers can also provide a printed negative PCR certificate
containing a QR code.
COVID-19 PCR testing services at the King Fahd Causeway for all
travellers entering the Kingdom of Bahrain will no longer be available.
1. All guests will undergo PCR test (at their own expense) upon their arrival and
another PCR test conducted after 10 days, the total costs of which is BD 40.

2. All guests must be self-isolated for 10 days.
3. Any guest staying in Bahrain for ten (10) days or longer must repeat the PCR
test on the 10th day following their arrival in the Kingdom.
4. Test fee shall be paid in advance by the guest through BeAware App or self-
service payment kiosks at the destination airport.
5. Guests shall install and register on BeAware Bahrain app.
6. The compulsory 10-day quarantine will be lifted for all incoming guests whose
PCR test results become negative for the PCR test taken upon arrival.
7. All incoming guests must sign a declaration stating that they will follow the
Ministry of Health regulations regarding self-isolating until receiving their PCR
test result and confirmed negative.
8. Guests whose PCR test results become positive will be contact by Ministry of
Health on the contact detail provided by guests upon arrival to Bahrain.
9. Entry is restricted to Bahraini citizens, residents, GCC citizens who do not need
a visa, passengers eligible to obtain a visa on arrival, guests with a valid eVisa,
diplomats, military personnel, airline crew, or holders of official service or UN
passports.

Tourists with valid visa or visa on arrival are not required to get any
approvals from GDRFA or ICA.

All UAE Nationals not required to conduct PCR test before arriving at
DXB/DWC as they will take PCR test upon arrival only.

All guests whose travel originating from GCC countries to DXB/DWC not
required to conduct PCR test before arriving at DXB/DWC as they will take PCR
test upon arrival only.

UAE residents arriving at DXB/DWC from the listed countries must take
COVID-19 PCR tests 96 hours before departure.

Tourists arriving at DXB/DWC from the listed countries must take COVID-
19 PCR tests 96 hours before departure.

Upon arrival at DXB, guests might be randomly selected for secondary PCR
who then will be required to download the COVID19 – DXB Smart App and self-
isolate until their PCR results come out.

Transit guests arriving at DXB/DWC from the listed countries must have a
negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate.

UAE residents arriving at DXB/DWC from unlisted countries have the

option to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate or take the test upon
arrival in Dubai.

Tourists arriving at DXB/DWC from unlisted countries must present a

negative COVID 19 PCR test certificate, except for guests coming from the UK
and Germany who have the option to take a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival in
Dubai.

All transiting guests arriving at DXB/DWC from all countries are not
required to present a COVID 19 PCR test certificate unless it is mandated by their
final destination.

Children under the age of 12 and guests with moderate to severe disabilities
are exempted from PCR.

For guests choose to conduct PCR test prior to departure, they must carry a
printed copy of the certificate in English or Arabic languages (no handwritten
reports).

Negative PCR test certificates must not exceed 96 hours before departure.

All citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria wishing to enter the United
Arab Emirates with a visit visa are required to obtain the following documents and
maintain them on their person prior to presenting themselves at the check-in

counter:
Valid Return Ticket.
Hotel Booking or sufficient proof of accommodation address covering the
full length of their stay in the United Arab Emirates as per the duration stated in
their booking.

Negative PCR Test result obtained within a 96-hour window prior to

departure.

Valid Health Insurance covering the full duration of their stay in the United
Arab Emirates.

The above requirements do not apply to the following categories:

Nigerian citizens already holding valid Resident Visas.

Nigerian citizens transiting through any of the nation’s airports to a third

destination.

Holders of visit and tourism visa from five nationalities only (Pakistan,
India, Afghanistan, Nepal, Bangladesh) must hold valid round-trip tickets.

All guests transiting at DXB from all other countries or departing from DXB
to all countries are required to follow final destination requirements.
