Q1) Which industry according to you should be

selected for the visit, and why?
 According to my opinion, the best company for Industrial visit would
be Automobile sector. Firstly, in vicinity of Nirma University there are
lot of Automobile companies are available, so there won’t be any
transportation problem and secondly a reputed company with
excellent culture. My objective of selecting Tata Motors is to provide
us an insight regarding the internal workings of a company. It will
provide us with an opportunity to learn practically through interaction,
working methods and employment practices. It will also give us an
exposure to current work practices as opposed to possibly
theoretical knowledge being taught at university. It will provide us an
opportunity to explore different sectors like manufacturing,
marketing and finance. Industrial visit helps to combine theoretical
knowledge with practical knowledge.

Q2) How will you proceed with it? (List down the
activities / series of steps involved in the same.)
 Following are steps I would proceed/adopt steps to conduct a
successful visit:
1. Firstly, I would try to connect with the concerned folks over
there like HR, Senior admin or Senior manager with them vis
LinkedIn or through mail. Also, I would brief them about our
purpose of visit, how would they benefit from our visit, Legacy
of IMNU, its reputation and their motivation.
2. Secondly, if not the first way, I would try to get in touch with
concerned folks via IMNU admin or SAC committee, will
discuss and deliberate with them about our purpose of visit,
who would they benefit from our visit, Legacy of and
motivation.
 3. Next, I will get in touch and discuss about planning and
scheduling our visit with the concerned person in close co-
ordination with Nirma Authority and understand, what are the
itinerary of the visit involved.
4. After deciding the date and timings of our visit, I would quickly
take responsibility of organizing the transportation and
logistics requirements, of carrying my peers from University to
Industrial location.
5. Finally, before the D-day comes, I and my team will inform the
concerned person about a prior visit we will make to the
industry and discuss and confirm them about our arrival.
6. Lastly, post completion of visit on D-day, I would give a thank-
you note or a memento (or a gift from IMNU).
