 On Monday, I usually get up at 6.00 am. I take a shower at 6.10 am. Then, I get
dressed at 6.35 am. I have breakfast at 6.45 am. and I brush my teeth at 6.55 am.
I go to work at 7.05 am. At noon, I have lunch at 12.30 pm. with my co-workers.
Later, I go back to work at 2.00 pm. When I finish work, I go home at 6.00 pm.
I arrive there at 7.00 pm. I have dinner at 7.15 pm. Then, from 7.30 to 9.00 pm. I
watch TV. Finally, I brush my teeth at 9.15 pm. and I go to bed at 9.30 pm.

Morning Afternoon Evening

 Good Morning. My name is Lady Paola. I am a student of accounting issues.
I wake up at half past five in the morning. I press the repeat button twice
every morning before turning off the alarm and getting up. When I wake up I
like to open the elevator to get the fresh air of the day. At five forty I make the
bed.

At five fifty I brush my teeth; I shower.

At six I dress and comb my hair.

At ten past six I have a cup of coffee and prepare breakfast, I usually check
my notebook while I sleep.

At half past six I leave the house and go to school.

I can study at seven, when I'm in the classroom; You probably have to do a
lot of work.

At one o'clock I leave school and come to the house to prepare lunch.

At three I leave home and go to work.

At six in the afternoon I leave work, I go home to prepare dinner.

After dinner, I relax on the couch and watch TV.

At eight I brush my teeth, then prepare the bed, pray to our God and go to
sleep.

much stress in studying and at work.

To record the audio, please follow the next steps:

 Search for the sound recorder in your computer.

 Start the recording.
 When you finish your recording, save the audio file in your computer.

Stage 3: Submitting my evidence / Etapa 3: Envío de mi evidencia

How to upload my files? / ¿Cómo subir mis archivos?

When you finish your work, send the files to your instructor through the platform as follows:

1. Click on the title of this evidence.

2. Click on Examinar mi equipo and look for the files in your computer. Make sure the files
are attached.
3. Leave a comment for the instructor (optional).
4. Click Enviar.

Important: The platform will only allow you to submit your files once. Please, make sure
you upload the two (2) recordings when submitting your evidence.

Una vez finalice la evidencia envíe al instructor los archivos a través de la plataforma, así:

1. Dé clic en el título de esta evidencia.

2. Dé clic en el enlace Examinar mi equipo y busque los archivos en su computador.
Asegúrese de adjuntar los archivos.
3. Escriba algún comentario si lo considera pertinente.
4. Dé clic en Enviar.

Importante: la plataforma solo le permitirá hacer un envío de las evidencias. Por favor
asegúrese de adjuntar los dos (2) archivos durante la entrega.
