Welcome to the info of another reanimated collab. This is a big

collaboration with @3GoldBalls @BlockLaugh and @alphahat05 on “Big
House Blues.” Based on the pilot of the 1991 cartoon, Ren & Stimpy. In
the original short, Ren & Stimpy gets picked up by a dog catcher and gets
sent to the pound. All goes well, until they realize that one of the dogs is
going into a “Big Sleep.” The characters were picked up by Vanessa Coffey
of Nick from a rejected project called “Your Gang” from John Kricfalusi.
The series premiered on August 11, 1991, alongside the pilots of Doug
and Rugrats. The Ren & Stimpy Show received positive reviews during its
original run and quickly developed a cult following. The show is
considered by many to have had a long-lasting influence on television
animation. Even Matt Groening, creator of The Simpsons, praised the
show for its outrageousness and called it "the only good cartoon on TV"
other than The Simpsons. But things went downhill after Season 2, when
John K was fired, the show was somewhat sugar-coated, Adult Party, and
the sexual allegations caused Ren and Stimpy to be down in the gutter.
But now, it’s time to make a tribute for the fans. We Need 90 Scenes!

● Pick a scene you’re interested in animating.
● Check the list below and if your scene is still free, email @3GoldBalls at
bighousebluesreanimated1991@gmail.com, with a reel or any good example of your
animation work, to apply.
● One scene allowed per animator expect if the person works on the credits.
● Once approved and the scene is yours, DOWNLOAD YOUR SCENE FROM THIS
FOLDER to use and animate over.
● First come, first serve; and creative reign to alter your assigned shot.
● Any program used to animate is allowed, so long as the specifications below are met.
● Only One Scene Each!
● The Entries Should Be In High Standards. Some entries can be in bad
animation, but will be decided by the main organizer if it’s in the collab.

Submitting your Posessions!

(Or Just Finished Work)
● Your finished scene must be 1080p (1920x1080) resolution, rendered at 24 fps.
● Scene length must remain the exact frame count as the original (Timer Info: 1 Second
= 24 Frames).
● File formats accepted: MP4 or MOV ONLY
● All Animation Mediums Accepted: 2D, 3D, stop motion, pixel art, or puppets. No Live
Action

● No Sonas! No Furries! No Fetishes!

● You can have innuendos.
● Scene can be exported with or without sound.
● No additional SFXs or music.
● Email completed scenes to bighousebluesreanimated1991@gmail.com and include your
name/handle and scene number in the subject header.
● Attach the file either directly to the email or use an alternate host with a link to the
file.
● Keep your animation PG.
● Animate the sequence however you see fit in your own style, on-model and official
 styles ARE acceptable however, No Tracing!
● Your WIPs and Final Animations can be posted on social media, and please use the
hashtag #BHBReanimated
● Anyone can join!
