NARRATIVE REPORT ON SUPREME

PUPIL GOVERNMENT VIRTUAL MEETING
April 15, 2021

SPG officers together with the school SPG adviser, Mrs Ruth Y. Ramos and our diligent and
hardworking principal, Mrs Nina R. Sumalabe conducted a virtual meeting via Google meet on April 15,
2021 at 8:30 to 9:30 A. M under school Memorandum No. 37, s 2021.
The business of the meeting aimed to discuss the updates. Identify the concerns , issues and give
concrete actions/measures on the SPG's programs and projects; and discuss the updates on the
programs, projects and activities.
The meeting to be a guided by God’s presence , Elyssa Sandra Adona led a heartfelt opening
prayer.
SPG adviser was very grateful for the officers’ presence that day. School SPG adviser welcome the 15
Attendees to the said meeting. Thanked them for actively participating of all the projects of School Pupil
Government. The school principal had a short talk about the accomplishment of the group projects,
updated the concerns and issues on the programs, projects and activities though all were done in online
platform. They are encouraged to continue supporting all the school projects like planting and
beautification of the school. And a campaign regarding Dengue Awareness Month. The SPG is going to
support the campaign to prevent the spread of this dreadful disease. They are also told to lead the
pupils of ASMES to” Raise our Flag” Flag Making campaign rom June 5- 11 2021.
