Faridabad to hold the Inquiry against the Accused Persons who are
involved in FIR No. 45 dated 19.01.2018 PS SURAJ KUND, Faridabad,
Haryana

Respectfully Submissions: -

1. That a complainant was registered by the Complainant Mrs. AABIDA

w/o Sh. IQBAL KHAN Resident of House No B/283, Village BADKAL

Faridabad against accused persons REHAMU, SARPU & others as

mentioned in FIR No. 45 Dated 19.01.2018 U/Ss 147,149,323 & 304

IPC 1860.

2. That Honorable Local Police did not complete its Investigation from

19.01.2018 to filling of this Application after submissions filing of

ATRs & direction of police to complete its Investigation at an early

date. But Charge sheet has not so far filed by the Police till date. On
 the contrary, police has justified that no such crime has been

occurred.

3. That, complainant has no option to linger on this issue & a

Compromise has been taken place on 12.10.2018 between

Complainant and the all the accused named in FIR No. 45 dated

19.01.2018. (A copy of affidavit dated 14.10.2018 given by

Complainant is attached along with Application).

4. That accordingly a quashing Petition U/s 482 has been filed in the

Honorable Court of Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh vide

Diary No. U 2116776 under Case Title RAHIMU AND OTHERS V/S

STATE OF HARYANA AND OTHERS.

5. That Husband of Complainant & other accused persons are being

harassed by the Local police of ANKHIR CHOKI & they are being

threatened by the CHOKI in Charge RAKESH SINGH that the

Complainant & accused both would be arrested & they would be hand

over to the CIA Police Faridabad. Both the Parties are being

summoned are being called on Mobile & police are coming in their

Houses. The complainant has also given the Diary No. for filing the

Quashing Petition but RAKESH SINGH Sub Inspector is only more

than over JUDICIARY. He says, “ESNE NE…….MAI BHARLE. MAI JO

CHAHUNGA VAHI HONA HANA.”

6. That the Quashing Petition would be heard/listed by the Honorable

High court either tomorrow Or Day after tomorrow. The complainant

being a Muslim Lady, she is barred going in Police Station & they are

forbidden to go outside in common causes except in rare occasions.

 7. That the complainant & accused persons have no option to narrate all

this fact & harassment given by Local Police in the Honorable High

Court at the time of hearing of Quashing petition.

Prayer:

1. That it is prayed before this Honorable Court may Direct the

Concerned SHO/CHOKI In-charge not to arrest the all the Accused

persons who are named in FIR No. 45 as well as not to harass

complainant along with her husband.

2. That the Honorable may also direct that the complainant AABIDA may

not be called in the Police Station.

3. That it is also prayed a DASTI Court Order may be given to the

complainant so that they can hand over the Orders of the Honorable

Court to the CHOKI In-charge or SHO, SURAJ KUND in person.
