1 Go to Valuation > Property Characteristics "Real Property Search" window will be displayed

2 Introduce a search criteria and click "Search" button A record with the result of the search will appear in "Results" grid

3 Check the checkbox next to the record that results from the search and "RPA Main Page" will be displayed in "Account" tab, see the details of
click "Next" button "Legal Party" grid (number and names of parties)

4 Click "GIS" tab located on the right side of the window A map will be displayed showing the parcel highlighted and zoomed

5 Click "Identify" button from Map Main Menu and click over the highlighted
parcel using the left button from the mouse
Verify that "Parcel" information will be displayed showing a section "Legal
Parties" that must have:
- Legal Party Name (showing the current legal parties according to the
current date). It must be the same as the one reviewed in step 3
- BI% (showing BI% according to the current date) It must be the same as
the one included in "Sales History" for the last sale (see it clicking edit
option)

6 Click "Sales History" tab Sales history information will be displayed

7 Select a "Sale Date" different to current date, introduce that information "Effective Date" will change to the newest date
in "Effective Date" eld and click "Enter" button from the keybooard

8 Click "Account" tab Verify that "Legal Party" grid shows the parties for the new "Effective
Date" (number and names of parties)

9 Click "GIS" tab located on the right side of the window A map will be displayed showing the parcel highlighted and zoomed

10 Click "Identify" button from Map Main Menu and click over the highlighted
parcel using the left button from the mouse
