Madam:

Greetings.

I was supposed to communicate this matter to you yesterday July 30, but I was
very sick suffering from the adverse effects of COVID-19 vaccine.

On July 29 in the afternoon, I received a Memorandum from our Schools

Division Superintendent Madam Gemma A. De Paz, pertaining to my
designation as School Head of Mabuhay Integrated School, effective August 2,
2021.

Attached in this letter is a copy of my designation order for your information.

Hopefully, within a week or two, as soon as time warrants, I can facilitate my

clearance and all other necessary actions required in the transition period.

Thank you very much for the trust and confidence in my 1 year stay with you
as my principal, and 4 years in BNHS as a whole. The following are my current
school designations, of which, you have the full discretion for my replacement:
1) Senior High School Coordinator, 2) BAC Secretary, 3) Library-in-Charge, 4)
Learning Resource Coordinator, 5) Adopt-a-School Program Coordinator, and 6)
SBM Overall Secretary.

Moreover, I shall also include in the turn-over of documents, all files relative to
my position as incumbent Secretary of the School Governance Council and the
School Community Planning Team.

It is with much honor that I extend my heartfelt gratitude to you and the whole
school community for all the opportunities you afforded me in BNHS. It is my
prayer that BNHS will become a Regional Center for Excellence. Just 2 more
surveillances to go. I know you all can do it.

BNHS may not be my alma mater but my heart and love belong to this school
as my first assignment in the Department of Education. Thank you so much to
all!
