 INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
1. The Hall Ticket is purely provisional and subject to the condition that, if ineligibility is detected at any stage or if
any information provided by you is not found to be authentic on scrutiny and verification, your application will be
cancelled.
2. Candidate must bring their Original Hall Ticket along with any ONE of the following original ID proofs:
1. Voter’s Card 2. Aadhar Card with Photograph
3. Driving License 4. Pass Port
5. Bank Pass Book with Photograph 6. PAN Card
7. Any other valid ID issued by Central or State Govt. / Autonomous Body / Public Sector
Undertakings.

3. Candidates are requested to be present at the practical Examination hall, one hour before the
commencement of Examination (ie) 07.00 A.M. No candidate shall be permitted to enter the practical
examination hall 15 minutes after commencement of examination.
4. Do not carry any electronic devices like Cell Phones, Pagers, Calculators, Alarm Clocks etc, and even envelope of
the Hall ticket into the Exam hall except Hall-Ticket & ID Proof. No arrangements will be made for any safe
keeping by the duty staff at examination venue.
5. The assessment of the candidates will be based on skill test (practical examination) conducted by the assessment
committee constituted by JIPMER.
6. The Candidate’s Copy of Hall ticket must be carefully preserved and produced when demanded at the time
of joining if selected.
7. Tie Break: - Date of Birth will be used for tie breaking.
8. He/She is Provisionally eligible for appearing exam -.

Note: . Based on the performance in the skill test, the list of provisionally shortlisted candidate will be published in
the JIPMER website www.jipmer.edu.in only. The provisionally shortlisted candidate has to undergo the
Disability Assessment Examination before the Medical Board constituted by the JIPMER. The offer of
appointment will be issued subject to Disability Assessment submitted by the Medical Board.

CANDIDATE WITHOUT ORIGINAL HALL TICKET, ORIGINAL ID PROOF & RECENT

PHOTOGRAPH PASTED IN THE HALL TICKET WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE
EXAMINATION HALL.
